My insurance set a reservation with Enterprise in early January for me to pick up a car with Enterprise on January 22nd. I went in and was told they had no cars available.I was going on vacation that weekend, so I requested my appointment to be moved to January 30th to provide them time to secure me a car and that I wouldn't waste my insurance provided rental days while I was on vacation.Fast-forward to today, January 30th, they still have no cars and can't give me an estimate of when I will have a car available, just that I have "five people" ahead of me and no cars for them either.At the end of the day I'm stuck without a car and the ride I had booked to take me to the lot to pick up the rental has to be canceled as well.

Had a rental from insurance claim. I called at 730am the day of my reservation to make sure everything was good to go for dropping my car off at the repair shop and getting the rental at the same time and they claimed I never confirmed my reservation, but never contacted me to confirm anything. Then i was told they had nothing available until 130pm or so. Annoying but whatever, at noon I called again to make sure everything was good to go. Was told they couldn't get me in a vehicle until the next day leaving me Carless and stranded after already waiting 4+hrs. The repair shop said this happens all the time with enterprise. They say the attempt to call to confirm reservations but never do leaving people stranded and struggling for transportation. Do better Enterprise.

My fiancée reserved a car at this facility specifically because they would be open by 10am on Sunday. The gates were locked and the cleaning service that was there explained that they've been closed on Sundays for over a year. The hours for this business need to be updated.

This has to be the best Enterprise I have ever been to! Everyone is really nice there and the customer service is Top Notch ? Thank you Micheal for helping me get back to the Mayo Clinic.???

I’ve only been to two of their locations and I feel the same about both: hire more people. I had someone damage my vehicle and needed a rental to different times. This particular time, I had rented a vehicle in Conway, but needed to return it in North Little Rock. I couldn’t even get a person on the phone to ask a question to see if I was able to do so. When I got there, more waiting. If I had to choose, I would never rent from them. Other than the waiting and waiting, the service was fine.

I've had no problem what so ever even if they don't have the car that the reservation person put me down for me they find a car close to it I learned to just to make the reservation online now but I've never had a problem I always go to the one in Sherwood A.R they are awesome I only go there for my rentals keep up the good work ?

They always have a car available for me when I call whereas their counterparts in Cabot and places nearer to me do not have cars readily available.

The cheapest option is like almost $80 a day before taxes and other fees, so after that fees the cheaper option is over $100 a day, if they offer a discount, plus $300 deposit. For 3 days my total was like $598. Renting a uhaul truck or van would be a better value. Trust me I did after taking them back the car.

This location promised me a full size suv, then when I got there they only had a minivan available. They also didn't apply my discount to the minivan. During my trip, I needed to change my drop off location. I tried calling the customer service line on the app, but the general call center can't handle that type of change. Then when I called the actual location, the phones were busy for over 2 hours. Instead of waiting in some form of phone queue, the phone would just hang up on me after 3 minutes, so I would have to keep calling back. I was never able to get through.

Rented a car and had mechanical issues with the car and they were not helpful. Went to this location and was told the regional manger would call us. Waited for hours and he never did call. Went to the airport to exchange the car and that was also a nightmare, they didn’t want to exchange the car for another one even though the car was unsafe to drive. Also, the regional manager was coincidentally visiting at the same time and he never came out to talk to us or call us back. We had to escalate the situation with a different regional director and received a full refund for the run around and exchanged our rental car.

I had a very good experience when I went in to rent the vehicle. I can’t remember the name of the young man who helped me but he was very pleasant and courteous. I had to go back to Enterprise to check on the time length of my rental and was helped by Jesse Grace who was very courteous and helpful. Jesse understood my needs and worked with me to make sure I was satisfied. Many thanks to Jesse.
