Really sweet people! But my jewelry had been there for 2 weeks. I was informed that it could possibly be done before then. I went to pick it up and was informed there was a family emergency. The woman and man in there today tone seemed as if they wanted me to just take it and go somewhere else. They told me the man would be back in but couldn’t give a time frame. That’s not how you run a business and to act as if I’m asking for so much.

I've purchased a few Seikos from them over the years. Highly recommended. The family is very knowledgeable, very friendly, and extremely personable. Throw in the fact that they are the only dealer in the area ordering high demand, mid-tier Seikos and they really are a fantastic group to do business with. I will continue to do business with these guys going forwards.

I called about getting a watch repairs and watches that I had to get the glass put back on them. In the gentleman that answer the phone so they don't do them send them back to the company then I say are you sure you don't do them cuz I know they repair. Then he went on to say the man that repair the watches is 90 something years old so he is limited but it's no problem when going there and getting a ring or a pair of earrings that my husband buy me. Now i see it just all about money with them. My boss Mr Rogers and Angelica Rogers referred them to me a while back.

I cannot say enough good about this place. Wonderful friendly people. Great customer service @ very reasonable prices. I took in an antique costume jewelry bracelet that meant a lot to me even though it’s monetary value probably isn’t much. I had lost a stone out of it. I had personally looked on & off for years for a replacement rhinestone with NO success. My niece suggested I take it there. In DECEMBER they found a match- not identical but close enough. Thank you so much!!!!

He was definitely knowledgeable about these products. I came in there the beginning of the morning it was just opening. But he still gave me good service and answered all my questions he just didn't have all of this product laid out on display for me to look at

Took a watch in for repair and was told no problem by the owner. Over three weeks later I call to check on progress. They now say they can do nothing to repair the watch. Could have called me three weeks ago. It's a simple automatic Miyota movement you can purchase online. If you are looking for someone yo repair a watch...run from this place. No customer service and obviously no interest in fixing even the smallest problems. I try my best to utilize locally owned businesses but I will not be returning to this one.
