“Candy at the Pike Metro store was so wonderful. Before I went to the store I was so frustrated and depressed, because I couldn't get into my old phone to get my photos. I tried everything and still could not get in it. When I went to the store I talk to Candy and told her what was going on, she said she would try to help, but she wasn't sure if she could do it. She did it she got into my phone and I got my photos back. She's a miracle worker to me! I can't thank her enough!? I have been with Metro for a very long time and I always go to the same store. All the people at the store are really friendly and always very helpful. If you like good service then this is the store to go to.”

“I had some issues the first time I came in but I gave them a second chance- I had a much better experience today! I worked Primarily with David and he was very helpful and pleasant. The other employee (unsure of his name but the heavily tattooed guy) was also very helpful with answering questions and offering to order any games etc we wanted. Definitely worth a shot- everyone has off days and I think it was just an off day the first time I came in.”
