New management needed. Unprofessional, and disrespectful.

Great store with lots of good stuff. Probably nothing I buy there will last a lifetime but nonetheless, good stuff at cheap prices. All their Christmas stuff is 50% off after the holidays. I’ve been painting some of their wooden products so I’m having fun with that.

If I could give a negative review for this location I would. It has gone down hill so fast in the last couple of years!!! They think they can close when ever they want. They have workers on duty on shift working hours outside with their car parked in fron with their hazards lights on telling people they are closed. While one is smoking a cigarette in front of the building. Wow... They are losing profits that way. All because they are lazy.

This Dollar Tree has had many turnovers with management and employees and seems it can not keep employees to keep to store in operation during normal business hours. Since my last visit a day ago the store hours are 12 noon until 9 pm. Dollar Tree is a great concept but needs to hire enough experienced staff for supply and demand.

How anyone is giving this store location 4 or 5 stars is ridiculous ?this is the worse store in the whole state of Arkansas. They close the at any time they want to and will not open back up for days.I think because this store is a location in a poverty low-income neighborhood they think they can treat this area in any way they want. I wouldn't have given you any star , but you have to write a comment.

It's pretty empty. One location closed because of not enough workers. They run out of one of my favorite item, Modess's washcloth or Yardley's. They should get more of these instead of all the facials and behind ones to even things out since it's a popular item. When I do finally catch them at one of the stores I have to buy a lot to make sure I don't run out which I sure others do the same. I usually just 2 of them but when I finally found them at one store I brought about a dozen because I had been out awhile. Which contributes to it being empty when you need more. Yes, also now most items are a $1.25. It's still a great store.

I don't know what's happened at this location, everything was really clean and organized the last time I was able to shop but the new 9-1 hours don't help me a bit. I've had to drive to further locations or shop elsewhere.

I will start by saying this location may be understaffed. The sign on the door says their hours are 7-1P. I get that, but customer service should still be upheld by the staff you do have. The store was well stocked and had the items I went in for, however it was the checkout process that I did not like. As I got to the checkout the cashier Mya was very chatty and I initially assumed she was happily chatting with the man in front of me (he had a mask on so I could not tell if he was talking). It soon became clear that she was not talking to him and was on her earbuds having a personal phone conversation and all politeness went out the window. As she finished with him, not a "Your total is..", "Here is your change..." or a "thank you". As it got to my turn, before she turned on the belt to move up my items there was a pause as she told the person on the other end, "why would she even do that if she knew I was into him like that?" I was not greeted, there was not a pause in her conversation to ask if I found things all right, tell me my total or Thanks come again.I get staffing is hard, for me personally I would not allow phones on the floor in view of customers at all and I have stopped going to places that have staff on the phone, but also know it is not good for your business to allow your staff to talk on the phone during a customer interaction. Frankly, its helping these new to the workforce learn how to be an adult and function in the world without their phones on the job. The other cashier did pick up her phone and check it once she was done with her line.I wont be going back to this location, I will go to my normal Dollar Tree where they always say hello and thank you.

This store is horrible. It's dirty. The shelves are never stocked. The employees seem to be under trained. And uninterested. No shopping carts. An awful experience all together.
