I want be back ...very poor customer service
My son has mental disabilities and they discriminate him and ran him out of the store ....they didn't like how he looked and falsely accused him of stealing. He wasn't in the store but for 3 minutes......I'm very mad and disappointed in this store .....I hope it gets closed asap .
I will be calling corporations about this harassment of there employees to customers
They screaming he stealing and he doesn't take anything that he don't pay for .

Since when do you have to be 21 to buy a lighter I bought a candle as but couldn’t get a lighter which didn’t make sense I’m 20 years old but can’t get a lighter what sense does that make

I went in here to pick up some things with my Grandmother and the management talks to employees like their trash in front of customers. If someone makes a mistake correct it. That’s not how you speak to people. If I could give 0 I would ??♀️

This dollar store here is always closed. Today I arrived on September 7th at 9:30 and it was closed. It is always closed, well they should close it forever.

7:00 pm on a thursday and this place is locked up.
Edit:- I’ve now been here three times over the past three weeks and every time they are locked up during business hours.

There is the general dollar in Sierra at 8:30 it is better to arrive at 8 but it does not seem fair to me that it supposedly closes at 9 it closes half an hour before

6 out of 10 items we pick up are expired. Perishables and nonperishables alike. We’ve known to check milk and butter and snacks for a while now, but how long does this stuff sit in the warehouse or is this just this store?? We are always checking dates on the perishables and finding old stuff every single trip. Today we brought home a nonperishable that was indeed expired and perished. I know stores give them credits, this sounds like a management or stocking issue.

This store has the rudest manager I have ever seen at any Dollar General. I watched her interact with many customers and she was short and rude with each one including me. She needs to take customer service lessons from other Dollar General managers.
