I was on vacation and hit what I think was a landscape boulder in the middle of University late one Monday night and had a flat thirty minutes later. My friend and I couldn't find the tire damage, put on the spare, and I ordered tires from Discount Tire online. Before placing my order, I had a conversation with the manager Mike about alignments and tire options. When he later discovered they didn't have the Goodyear tires I purchased in stock after I left my car, he upgraded me to the other tire option we discussed at no charge. When I went to leave, another customer saw one of my new tires was flat already before leaving the lot.
The assistant manager Jeremy checked it out and found the wheel actually had literal holes from the rock indention. Jeremy called FOUR places before close of business and could not find me any type of replacement. My wheel size and bolt pattern is weird, so we discussed where I could have the wheel repaired if I needed to to get home. I left and spent last night, then this morning, searching and calling for a replacement for my weird wheel.
I found an oem wheel at a junkyard the next morning, so I called the store and got Mike again. I told him I found a replacement wheel, and asked what it would cost for them to mount it. He told me just to come on back, it would be free. I've never been so pleased with the customer service anywhere.
I also want to say that, after my initial phone conversation with Mike, I found out had the option to spend $200 less on the same Goodyear tires at Walmart, but in all of my years of handling repairs, replacements, and even simple cleaning supplies for my vehicles, Mike was the first man who spoke to me over the phone and did not assume I was unknowledgeable and that spoke volumes to me. I placed my order because I was certain I would receive great service and I did.
Discount Tire had gained a life long customer here. I've dealt with twenty plus businesses about the tires and wheel since Tuesday morning and this was the best service I received.

I had a hole in my tire and just wanted to see if it could be patched. Not only did they patch it, they ensures I knew how much tread I had left and suggested several different tires and discussed their pricing. Fast, efficient, professional, and respectful service here.

We were doing a trip from Fort Worth, Texas to Knoxville, Tennessee, and hit a massive pothole in Little Rock, cracking a rim and destroying the tire. The Senior ASM, I believe his name was Willie, really helped us get new rims and a new tire. If it wasn't for him and the techs that worked on our car, my fiancée and I would've been stuck in Little Rock. Thank you for helping us get to Tennessee, y'all.
A huge heartfelt 'thank you' from this Texan.

Man on the phone needs to learn how to talk to customers, if yall aren't on the same page don't be rude, making snide and dismissive remarks. Customers don't have the technical knowledge you do, so maybe learn to be considerate of that when they call looking for assistance.
Edit: when I went in Mason was extremely friendly and helpful, great example of someone that knows how to help a customer. Made up for the negative experience with the previous person.
Edit 2: Received a call same day from senior staff member looking to remedy the situation, it's nice to see that level of care for everybody's experience with the business. Still the best place around for all things tires related IMO.

EXCELLENT!!!customer service!! I had just got a flat on the road coming in from Memphis my tire pressure light came on, so I put name in gps, they were right off the expressway on McCain. I walked in and they greeted me and took my keys. I don’t remember the staff members name so KUDOS to whole staff.

We had a blowout, so we needed to replace a tire on our 37-foot travel trailer. The staff was super nice and got us in and out quickly. They checked all 4 tires when we got in, and we ended up replacing 2 they were both still under warranty, so it was only $100,00 to replace them both. I love Discount Tire. I have been a loyal client for close to 20 years, and I would highly recommend them.

The best tire company ever. I came to them 30 minutes PAST their closing time with a flat tire situation and Eli and his team didn’t even hesitate to start helping me. They inspected my flat, filled the hole in it, aired up my spare & didn’t charge me a dime. They also brought us out water while we waited. It was the kindest, most unexpected experience ever. I’ve always loved discount tire, but this solidified my business with them. Way to go & thanks so much Eli!!

I bought 4 new Cooper Discover ATP II for my 2021 Nissan Titan today from this company. Immediately after leaving this location, I noticed a significant vibration at 50 mph that got worse at 70 mph. I took my truck back, and they said one of the tires had a defect. The vibration was so bad the center cap fell off and they are ordering me a new one. I want to know how this was missed during the initial installation/balance? I am a repeat customer of this location and will not be returning for future business. Please have a manager or store owner contact me.
