Worst phone system -never call back-never can speak to a person-they make you leave a message and no one returns the message.

Their is no way to speak to anyone, you must now leave a message at the pharmacy and wait for them to call you back. They had my prescription on file for 10 days but never ordered the medication. Was told yesterday that it would be in today but of course zero communication and no way to get a quick answer. I won't be back and will never use CVS again.

It's pitiful you can't even call and talk to someone on the phone when trying to refill something you're not sure about. No matter how many menu options you choose all you can do is leave a message and hope someone calls you back.

Very slow last couple years. Staff is almost sleepwalking. I pick in driveway thru most times. One or two cars in front of you can take over 30 minutes some pickups. Very frustrating.

Do not use this pharmacy. They are terrible. They text you to tell you your prescription is ready. Then when you get there say you have nothing. They cancelled my husband’s prescriptions for no reason. I am a prescriber and I tell all my patients not to use CVS, Walgreens, and Walmart for their prescriptions.

Line wrapped around the building for the pharmacy. They have the walk-in pharmacy shut down. They will not answer the phone either. Terrible CVS!

First they turn the phones off then .when you get there and go in theres a written note to say drive thru only. It has over 8 cars sothey moving SLOW, they really need to close this store, its always something. I will be sending my meds to a smaller pharmacy.
