The DEF sensor has been replaced and the A/C fixed! Engine light is out! Yay!! Shout out to Cummins Sales and Service in North LittleRock! Our A/C gave them many challenges, but they persevered and conquered the little bugger! It'll freeze you out now! The whole week we were there we had electricity and water so we were able to stay in our coach each night. Those guys at Cummins, Trevor and Justin were honest, kept us well informed of issues and explained in laymens terms the challenges of the systems they were working on. They honored their estimate even though they had to work more hours than estimated. Farewell Little Rock, Arkansas! We were handed lemons but made lemonade!

Don't use the phone to call in an order. You might get a person on the phone from anywhere in the world. And halfway through the order will ask for a survey.

Just wanted to let yall know how much Trevor saved us today!! We're on the road for the first time with our 5th wheel and our generatorkept dying. Walked in at 9 am and he got us out in 2 hours with a new fuel pump! I would highly recommend this shop and Trevor for all your needs!!! Will definitely come back !!!

Can not express our great-fullness to the staff at Cummins Repair. Clearly the stars aligned today. Our RV generator stopped working 8 hours into our trip on day 1 of our 2 week vacation and not only were we lucky enough for them to be able to squeeze us in (we were camped out on their doorstep when they opened) but they also had the replacement part needed to get us back on the road, all before they closed at 5pm. We had given them a heads up via their after hours service and clearly they communicated to their team what a predicament we were in. Not sure what we would have done, you can drive across this country in 100 degree heat without an AC. We were 8 hours from home and 2 days from our destination. We do realize how unusual this level of service and turnaround time is and feel overwhelmed with this experience. Thank you to your staff. Words can not express our thanks.

I had a check engine come on twice in my Tiffin Bus that has a 425 Cummings engine when I was traveling nearby Little Rock AK. I stopped at this Cummings dealer and they quickly checked the codes. They explained that it was related to the high side of the engine break but the code was not active. After some discussion the service manager(?) he explained that since it was not active he would not be overly concerned. Stating there are over 1,000 more Cummings shops if it came back on. They did not even charge me anything for the diagnosis and I was on my way in well under an hour.Thank you to the Cummings Team at Little Rock, AK
