I went to get a phone from them and my wasn’t able to make calls but I could get online,it was frustrating but they made it right and they thrive to keep me satisfied and they do go above and beyond. I will continue to do business with them. Thx cricket

Nice lady fixed my phone. Now other things have stopped working. 2nd phone from same store & have twice now been unable to call for help when I needed it. Will be replacing phone.
