WARNING! Unscrupulous dealer Misrepresents vehicles andLies about your deal!!!! Unfortunately I can't give zero or minus stars. Spent all day into the evening waiting on the car that "it's right here" and "ready". NOPE! And after all day, they wanted another $2500-3000 dollars to pay "taxes,fees,etx" walkedOut and won't go back!

It Is said all is well that ends well and this initially poor customer service experience ended satisfactorily. Of the last 4 times we have used this dealership’s service department service 3 times have been frustrating. The main problem has been a lack of communication with the customer and delays getting the car back in a timely manner. Most recently we took the car in on a Thursday for a brake issue, was told it would be ready Saturday. It was not. I called twice on Saturday and the service area never picked up and the call rolled over to the switchboard. The switchboard lady said, the second time, that she would walk my message back to the service area and someone would call me. I never received a call. Monday we were told they were still waiting for the part to come in. On Wednesday we were told the Service Manager who we checked in with was no longer with the firm-this was the second time for this to happen. After being told the part would take one week to arrive no one even offered a loaner vehicle. Thursday, a week in, David responded with explanations and the car was repaired. I appreciate the final response from David and his assurances that the personnel, customer service, and quality problems have been addressed. The car seems to be fixed but the process to get there was disappointing at best. Thanks to David, again, for trying to smooth things out.

I am 77 years old and this car buying experience was absolutely the easiest and best one of my life! We were there to continue looking into buying a new car for my wife. (We had already visited several other car showrooms over the previous few days.) The saleman at Crain Hyundai, William Ablondi, was the most patient salesperson we have ever met and he put no pressure on my wife (or me) during the process. He answered her many, many questions and showed her how to use the varied functions of the car. My wife used to work at a bank and was very familiar with the finances involved in purchasing a vehicle. Her negotiations went far more smoothly than I had expected and she is a first-rate haggler! After settling on the price for the Sonata and on the trade-in of my vehicle, we were sent to the Finance Manager, Mallory Lawley. She was such a pleasant individual and that process went very quick and easy. She used a new method digitally showing the forms on her desk top and the explanations of each item was thorough and easy for us to sign all the signature requirements. Plus, Mallory has an awesome personality and we both enjoyed talking with her. Again, this car buy was the nicest purchase we have ever had!

I made an appointment online several days ahead of time. Showed up for my appointment and told them I was waiting (which was also on the online reservation). Thirty minutes later, my car was still waiting in the drop off lane, so I asked when they would get to it. The "service" advisor said there were others ahead of me, so he went to see how long it would be. One tech was installing a new engine and another was doing a 100000 mile service, so they said it would be at least another 2 hours before they could get to it. Three plus hours is excessive for an oil change and when I questioned why I needed to make an appointment, he informed me that the appointment was just to do the paperwork- not to actually start the work. I asked why they didn't call and inform me that they were running behind and he said that was someone else's job, not his. Apparently, it was not his job to tell me that they were running behind when I dropped off the vehicle either. Service manager was unavailable. I ended up taking my vehicle elsewhere for service rather than waiting 3 hours.

finally fixed and 4 days later my a/c was out again. They suggested I take my car to another dealer to check out as they do not have the techs available to help. Next week we shall see when i drop off my car for that appt to see why it still does not work

Been having issues with my car for over a year. They have not fixed it or even been helpful at all. The issues started about two months after purchase. Once, I brought it in to look at the issue (special appointment to look at the specific issue). I got a call that afternoon that the car was ready. When I went to pick it up was told "We didn't know why it was here, so we changed the oil" (which it didn't need). Prepaid (with purchase) for oil changes. Can never get an appointment. I have purchased 3 Hyundais over the years, I will never purchase another one and never anything from Crain.

Don't plan on returning to this dealership & don't recommend anyone else very poor communication. Been waiting months for a tire was a tire put on it & was supposed to get me a matching tire. Noticed scratch in hood & someone done a poor job trying to fill & cover it. No loaner I get there is shortage & can't get it fixed locally expected to drive it 2 hours to them leave it for a few days leaving me without a vehicle then make the 2 hr drive back when completed I'll just pay to paint it & not return

I have used this location for years for my Genesis Coupe. Their maintenance department has always been fantastic until lately. I went in for an oil change a couple weeks ago and the guy at the desk barely even acknowledged the fact that I was there, which is highly disrespectful. When he asked me if I had an appointment, I told him no and he said they can't help me. He never even looked up from his computer. Wouldn't have bothered me as much if there were other vehicles there but there wasn't. The entry bay was empty. Today I go in because my low tire pressure light was on and I have nitrogen in my tires. Something I have to do twice a year when the weather starts to change. This guy tells me it will be an hour or two just to put a little nitrogen in my tires. Something that has never kept me there more then 10-15 minutes. These last two events tell my customer service is no longer something offered at this location. I will not return for any of my service needs and I don't recommend anyone else using them.

I bought my new car at the end of August 2020. By November, I was having trouble with it. When I complained to the salesman, all he would tell me was at least it was under warranty. It took until February to get in the shop. After two weeks, I had to call and find out about my car. It needed a new motor- and it was on back order.They kept the car for three months. The car was filthy, no air conditioner, a drink stain on the hood, paint splatter on the hood and back passenger door, it overheated, and leaked oil.When I called to talk to the service manager, she sent a tow truck with the promise of a loaner the next day. Three days later, I am still stranded with no vehicle.

On February the 2nd 2021 my check engine light came on I made a appointment for the and had it serviced and was informed that the problem had be resolved. On February the 5th2021 my check engine light came on I made a appointment and had to have the vehicle towed to the dealership. I was told that the water pump needed to be replaced, and had to be ordered, and would not be in until the 9th of February 2021. After I had not received a update on status of my vehicle I contacted the dealership on February the 10th 2021, and was informed the part had not arrived, and would be in until February the 15th 2021. I inquired why no one from the dealership had given me an updated on the status, no explanation was given to explain why I was not notified by the General Manager or anyone.

Best dealership! Jason Buratowski was extremely helpful and proactive about meeting the needs that I wanted first while finding the best fit for me. I highly recommend Crain Hyundai of North Little Rock, and will be returning for future purchases.

I still remember.... Great experience ever!! My first car (Hyundai Elantra 2017 SEL Value Edition) purchased in Nov 2018. Awesome Sales Team, Generous Sales and Service Manager. :)
