A friend of mine got a bad experience for this accounting firm. they lie to their customers, OVER CHARGE, and are not transparent with billing.
The main CPA John, doens't even speak to you until he wants to charge you thousands over the agreed upon ammount.

Highly recommend without reservation. Craft CPA team has been our CPA for 5 years, they do everything for us. ( payroll, monthly P& L, all tax deposits, all tax returns, etc. The entire team is excellent, attentive, professional, and a joy to work with.

The mistakes this firm and firms owner made resulted in me having to have my taxes redone by a PROFESSIONAL who actually picks up the phone and speaks to their clients instead of handing off a tax return to an intern straight out of college.I will be posting the new bill from a proper CPA to this review.You can read my full complaint on BBB

Please take time to find another CPA option that doesn't include hidden fees with inflated prices above agreed upon amounts. 2 thumbs down! Shop around for a reputable tax company.

?? [1 Star] - AVOID: Sky-High Bills & Zero TransparencyTold $1,200 by Michael but slapped with a bill over $3,000 for minor QuickBooks edits. No consent given! ?They even tried making me sign a contract to cover "any and all bills" before I saw one. ? John threatened court when I questioned it. ?20 years in business and only one Google review? They must be deleting the negatives. ?I have to grind 80 hours for $3,000; they want it for 6 hours of dubious "work." Purely predatory. ❌Steer clear! ?

[1 Star] - AVOID: Overcharges & Unethical Behavior Promised $1,200 total by Michael but got blindsided with a $2,000 bill for mere QuickBooks edits. No prior authorization! Tried to make me sign a contract to pay "any and all bills" before even sending one. John later threatened me with court when questioned. This 20-year-old firm has only one Google review. They likely delete negative ones. As a hardworking small business owner, I find their tactics predatory. Do yourself a favor--stay away!
