Go ANYWHERE ELSE! I used this place several times and was so happy that I told everyone to go here. Then I went to buy several pieces for my new house. I was trying to buy everything all at once so tried to only buy what was in stock. But I wanted different legs for the chairs so I paid $200 extra for legs that would come in later. No problem. They came to deliver everything and did not have the chairs. They said someone was supposed to call, they had not called but things happen and we would get the chairs soon. A few days turned into a couple of months but since I had paid, I really could not do anything so I figured it would be okay. The chairs finally arrived but they did not have the legs. Called back and went around and around until someone admitted they had not been ordered. Again, things happen. They said they would get them ordered. When they arrived, they were just the same freaking legs that were on the chair. Called again, they sent me to a manager at the LR location, supposedly over both locations. She said they were really busy, could she call me back. Never heard back. So now I paid $200 extra for the same chair legs. I will NEVER be back. I am the type of person that can look over mess ups, because things happen. But to make me responsible to call them to fix their multiple mistakes, I just don't have time for that.

Spend a full day taking my mother shopping for a new recliner that she could sleep in and that would fit her small frame. Jonathan Seales met us as we walked in. He listened to our specific need. He went above and beyond to help find my mother exactly what she needed.We went to many name brand furniture stores before going to Cost Plus. Non of the other stores had anything close to meeting my mother’s needs. Cost Plus had several. Save your precious time and visit Cost Plus first. And for the best experience, ask for Jonathan Seales.

Bought a full bedroom suit with extended warranty. Bed rail broke 30 days after buying this had it delivered and setup. Been trying to get the rail replaced over two months with no luck.

Ordered a couch and had it delivered very quickly and for a reasonable price. The men who delivered, set it up very quickly and were careful to not make a mess or damage anything. Mark was our salesman at the store and he was fantastic.

After waiting 4 months I finally received the lamps I ordered from the NLR store. Unfortunately a rusty nail had gone through one of the lamp shades and the other shade has a weird spot on it. They were supposed to be working on getting me a partial credit or replacing the lamp shade but I have not heard back from them. I have reached out to the salesman and he has not responded back. I had such a pleasant experience when I bought my chair and dining room chairs to have it all ruined by this. I don’t like being lied to so I will not be back.

I’m so happy and pleased with my furniture! My family and I went shopping and Thank God we walked into Cost Plus furniture! It felt right at home. I worked with Ali at NLR store and she was wonderful . She went over and beyond to help me out and trying to find a perfect piece for me. Her communication was fantastic and we talked over texting until she found the perfect piece that I wanted. She has great customer service and would recommend her to anybody that goes there. Purchased $5000 dollars worth of living room furniture in April! The love seat I bought was coming from Texarkana and was told it would take up to 6 weeks… we are now in month FIVE! Still no love seat! I’ve spoke with them SEVERAL times and have been told MULTIPLE things by different employees! This is completely unacceptable and all I get from them is “I’m sorry”. I will NEVER buy from them again!

After visiting 5 different mattress stores Aaron Davis was by far the most fun, easy and professional out of everyone. He never pressured me into buy and made picking out a mattresses fun as well easy. Cost Plus quote was the best around on the Mayo sofa We were looking at. We ordered Mayo sofa and was promised delivery in 4 weeks & they delivered on that promise. Very pleased with the outstanding service Davis provided during the entire process. Always responding promptly to each & every question & concern. Highly recommend & will do business again with Cost Plus Furniture.

I’d love to give a HUGE shout out to Davis here at cost plus!! He was so welcoming as soon as I stepped into the door. He has a great eye for interior design and was the best when helping me chose the couch I now love. Davis will go above and beyond to help you in any way that he can. I can’t recommend him enough!!
