How do I speak to a human being. Any one know. Really sick of your stupid auto call because you guys keep saying I didn't pay my bill. I 100% do not recommend using this service. Screw this company

Second review for this place and the company. After being charged over $117 I brought my equipment back. Was told I would receive an email to get my money back but never did. The (what I assume is the manager) then opened up an account in my roommates name and gave us a "faster router" that cuts off literally about 20 times a day. Bringing it back tomorrow and canceling the service.

Please read!!!!! Please beware!!!! This company is up to no good. You will be pressured and lied to, to buy their products. The sales associates in the store will lie about the overall amount you will be spending monthly on your services. And not only that, if there is an issue with your account, you have to most likely CHAT with an agent, because speaking to someone is sometimes not an option and so you will HAVE to chat. Ok so when you chat, you better pray they give you the right information or hope they do what you asked. And on top of that once you speak to an associate, they are in another country and sometimes the communication isn’t mutual. The chat agents are also in another country, which is ok if you they were actually able to help with your situation. Please go to another service provider if you can. This company is a joke and they don’t care about their customers.

The customer service with this company is really poor. Phone has been down for almost 4 hours and they say it will be another 4 hours before it can be solved. There is not any down lines or breaks in the line. Which would be understandable for the long delay if they had to fix some lines. It’s a software problem and a reboot that they wanted to do during the week and during working hours.

So I got Xfinity like 9 months ago and everything was okay for the first month. After that I don't get what I'm paying for (download or upload speeds) and anytime there is an issue with the service ( which currently is an everyday issue for numerous hours on end) I get to chat with a robot that tells me that maintenance is going on in my area.....for over a week.....it's been months since Xfinity has been reliable or fast....y'all can take a full payment but can't give us full service?? Get it together please.

Customer service is a nightmare! Getting a live person is an act of God. Even when you do they tell you they have requested the service you need and you NEVER see it or get a phone call. If your problem doesn't match the Few choices on the automated system good luck at ever getting anything done. The product is good just don't need anything or expect they will do anything they tell you they are going to do without NUMEROUS phone calls. Customer service is a Huge waste of your time !!!

They sold a out of date plan. They refuse to make it right. I'm stuck in a 24 month agreement. The Employees are not trained. The Employees are rude and uncaring. They just push products in you to make a sale. Corporate doesn't help either. They are just money hung!

Waited 45 minutes chatting with who knows who and got no help. Called 800 number and got a recording. WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO DO TO TALK TO A HUMAN BEING ? I mean REALLY????

Several months ago Comcast/ Xfinity installed a new main line in my neighborhood. My yard and flowerbed were damaged. I have spent hours on the phone, have had three claim numbers and even had an employee take pictures of the damage, yet no one has come to repair the damages. This is such a poor reflection on the company and even though I used their services for years, I will never use them again.

What a great experience. After a short wait in a crowded store, Mark was able to assist me in closing out my parents Xfinity equipment and get me back on the road. He was very helpful and incredibly efficient.

This is a very nice store. We were met at the door and were able to trade in our old equipment in a very timely manner. I did have a box that wasn't activated ,and it wasn't fun to correct . That just happens to me so I'm used to it. All tv's are working great now.

If I could give it 0 stars I would! Has absolutely been the worst !! Scamming taking my money but not restoring my service. When I first got it they turned me off the next day, said I had an old bill but I didn't. Ship my router to someone else, only for the SECOND tech guy to go there and pick it up because he thought that's where I was, until I gave him my correct address. He did an amazing job, helped me with everything in no time. They told me to take the box to my nearest Xfinity only to be turned around at the door and tell me to take it to ups. My service still not on and my bill is paid in full
