I went into this branch location for a very easy transaction. All I was needing to do was transfer my paycheck from the card that My work had pre-loaded and I had proof that it was mine I had a copy of the paystub of who it came from who it was going to, and for the amount. The only thing is it didn’t have my name on the physical card they didn’t want any other type of verification besides the name on the card and the teller behind the counter honestly didn’t even seem like he really wanted to do anything that day besides be difficult, I asked why can’t you do this other Centennial branches have done this for me I have had it verified through my work three different ways that y’all were able to do this, but they didn’t care about any of that he said it was against centennial policy. I said again that doesn’t make any sense because another centennial branch has already done this in the past without any problems, they advised me to go back to that branch and have them do it as there’s really nothing they can do, he said he can talk to my branch manager to see if they would be about to, he walks out goes into another office talks with somebody that he said was the branch manager, I’m not even sure if it was the branch manager because they never come out and actually said anything to me, the tailor behind the counter come back out again, just keeps repeating against centennial policy doesn’t ask for any other type of verification of the card just that they can’t do it, so I had to leave work early and drive an hour away so I could catch my bank before they closed so I can deposit the rest of my check, I also called the toll-free number to get a hold of somebody at Centennial headquarters. I Explain to her exactly what was going on and she even said that they should’ve been able to do it and she was very polite and professional about the whole thing, then when I get to my branch they didn’t give me any trouble like the location I went to in North Little Rock. I will never be back to this location. I will tell anybody the same don’t go to that location. Honestly Centennial probably better off selling that building. Putting something else there if that is what type of employees they have working there.

I’m giving this place a one star because the girl who at the window was very Rude. She didn’t have to be rude just because she had to work on an ice day doesn’t mean she could take her rudeness on people who’s trying cash a check!

PLEASE have more clerks on busy days.15 minute wait times for some deposits is ridiculous.Otherwise, friendly service.Just work on staffing on busy days!

As of this week you can’t rent a car with your debit card. DO NOT bank here... they control where you can spend your money apparently. Not smart

i just went through the drive through and my mother was SO rude to the lady working and i feel so bad, she did a great job and was kind regardless of my moms horrendous attitude. i never got her name but she did wonderful.

i dont understand why you cant cash your check there when the check is with them. Larosa somethin wouldnt cash it cause she didnt know anyone of us. it was a bonus check that we get every year. other co worker went to another cashier without an account there but a same bonus check with this bank and he cashed it. i think that was sorry, i believe it was a racial conflict towards us. one cashier was a woman and is white and had no problem cashin the check, other one is a black woman and had problems. i am not goin to this particular bank again.
