Is the lobby just always closed? Seems to be everytime I have larger pieces of business to talk through. Definitely makes me feel sure in my decision to move banks. Wish I could do more online but the app isn't great either.

I’ve banked with centennial for years. I understand that things will be a bit different because of the virus, so I went thru the drive thru to get a new card made. They had 3 lanes open and only 2 people working, which makes no sense. They had me wait for over 30 minutes to get this new card and helped 3 other people before me. Terrible customer service. I’ve never had this kind of experience at any other centennial location.

I am not an account holder and nor do I plan to become one. Anytime you have to have an account just to get 30 ones changed to larger bills is ridiculous. I would have given them zero stars if possible.

Local bank with high fees for accounts. Not as high as some of the nationals, but still unreasonably so. Also, still uses 20th century ATM tech, so don't expect instant results at their ATMS.
