Had a taillight replaced on my Bronco Sport. Service Department at a ford dealership quoted me $150, just labor, the bulb was extra if in stock. Cantrell Service did the job in 15 minutes and it cost be less than $40. Labor and part. Great Service.

They did a great job at figuring out my a/c issue which turned out to be a crack in my compressor. They did contact me when the car was ready and did call me back when they were figuring out the issue with the car to give me an estimate. The only issue I had was that I was told they would send me an email about the status of my car, but I never got one. I would have given a half star for this issue for a total of 4 and half stars.

Having to take my car back in…. Got a front & rear brake job, now my parking brake doesn’t work; I’m assuming they did not reconnect cable. They also repaired one of my tires @ put in back on the rim with the white lettering out, when all 4 were black lettering out. Seems like stoner work…. ? definitely an inconvenience.

Cantrell fixed a huge problem with my fuel injector system and other work on my 2013 Mazda CX 5. We spent all summer with our mechanic, Mark Weber, who found initial issues and fixed them. Cantrell was recommended to us. They are so busy with work that it took a while to get it fixed, but now the car is running like new. I’ll be able to another 150,000 miles now!

Cantrell Service Center’s lack of professionalism and communication is very disappointing.
I had used this mechanic for major car repairs in the past and was planning on continuing to give them my business, however, this latest incident has made it clear that there are much better mechanics in the Little Rock area.
I scheduled an appointment with them for Tuesday, July 16th and took my car in promptly at 8 am. Shortly after I had dropped it off, I received a call saying that they had ordered the incorrect parts for my car and that I needed to reschedule my appointment for Monday, July 22. While frustrated, I know that mistakes happen and I patiently accepted the new date and picked up my car again. Come Monday morning, I received a call at 8 am from Dennis asking if I was still bringing my car in today and that they had all the parts in and ready to go. I returned the call as soon as I was able to do so and told Leon that the earliest I would be able to drop the car off was between 2 and 3 pm.
I arrived around 2:30 pm and attempted to drop off my car for the rescheduled date and was told that the appointment had been rescheduled yet again to Friday, July 26. I double checked my call log and informed them that I had received absolutely no communication between when Dennis called me at 8 am and when I brought it in at 2:30 pm. Their only response was that they had left me a voicemail and that I needed to come back on Friday.
Attached is the screenshot of my call log that shows only Dennis’ call on Monday, July 22, telling me that they had the parts and asking if I was still planning on dropping the car off. There is no voicemail letting me know that they rescheduled and canceled my appointment. Cantrell Service Center’s poor communication and subsequent wasting of my time earns one star.
