Sales team was great, believe it or not, they call you back and are excited to work with their customers. Service team was also great, they took the time I wanted to take to go through my new boat purchase and answered every question I had, and then some. Finance team was also very helpful and informative. I would rate them 10 stars but Google only lets me give them a 5 star review. I would strongly recommend giving these guys a look if your interested in any marine/ATV related purchases.

Stopped in to ask about ordering a bimi top for my husband’s boat as a Christmas gift. I was the only customer in the store, and I explained to the employee that my husband purchased the boat there and I was hoping they could look up the boat information to tell me what I would need to order and get pricing. The employee told me he couldn’t give me any information on pricing without measurements on the boat and never bothered to try to look anything up to help me. I checked another dealer to find that I didn’t need measurements at all, only the year & model of the boat. So, the other dealer got my $600. I suppose that wasn’t enough money for Bradford’s time.

I have had bad service from here with my boats (years ago), so I was very weary of having to take my Can-Am 4 wheeler in for service. Not sure if it is different management and/or staff but as far as this instance, I received top notch, friendly and prompt service. Had my Can-Am back in a little more than one week running like a new machine! Thanks guys!!!

I don't recommend taking things to them because they don't inquire about what the issue is and the options to fix it but rather perform work that is not needed and charge for it. We took our 1 year old SeaDoo in for spring maintenance and they replaced the plugs and more. We just wanted it checked out. Then the Battery was no good by the time we got it in the water.

My experience with Bradford Marine in North Little Rock has been beyond 5 stars so far. Professionalism from the time we walked in and spoke with Martin, the salesman, who was very thorough and explained everything and answered any questions we had about the Tracker 800sx that we ultimately purchased. Then on to the paperwork with Michael who was also very thorough and explained everything. Unit had to be transferred from Texarkana and they said it may take up to two weeks. Less than a week later, unit was there ready for me to pick up. Went to pick it up and did the orientation on the unit. Can't remember his name, but again very personable and thorough. Had the Tracker for less than a week, 4 hrs. on it when I had a mishap. Put unit in Park on a slight incline backed up to my Pond. Got out, went to grab fishing pole out of the back and Unit rolled backwards and into the Pond. Was able to winch it out and get back onto Trailer. Not good! I sent Case, Service Manager, an email that evening. The next morning, I received an email asking me to bring it down to have them look at it. I fully expected to get push back and have to fight to have motor checked out since it was under water. When I arrived the next morning, Case (Service Manager) and Tony (General Manager) came out, inspected the unit, made sure I was O.K. from unit rolling over my shoulder and knocking me in the water, unloaded it and took it back to Service Department. They spent time with me explaining the Transmission, etc. They assured me they would find the issue at no cost to me. About 5 p.m. the same day I got a call from Case stating that unit was ready. Adjustments made on Transmission, motor flushed, oil and filters changed, etc. Went to pick it up and again was met by Service Manager and General Manager to explain repairs, apologized for my troubles, etc. I know this is a long review, but wanted to cover everything that was done and credit everyone involved. Customer Service at this level is hard to find these days. A bad situation was turned into a great experience. Thanks guys!

Called the parts department twice nobody answered. Left a message with my name and number for a call back, nobody called. Went to pickup the part that I needed and the rude country boy laid back with toothpick in his mouth acted like I was a burden on his lazy day of riding the clock. I wasn’t surprised that I didn’t receive a call back after I saw his incompetent mug behind the counter.
