I walked in not knowing what I needed on a laptop but knew I needed one and what I needed it for. The young man that helped me was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He ended up getting me more than I had needed at a cheaper price than I expected. I cannot say enough about the professional manner in which he conducted himself or the sale. I appreciate that, as it is hard to find nowadays

Great service from the front of the store all the way through check out. Friendly and approachable. A little lacking in the product I was looking for is the only reason for four over five.

Customer service is atrocious, every single time. It's too bad they're the only store with certain electronic items. Any competitor should be able to easily succeed.

If you're in business to pay employees to watch their phones. I believe this store will close within 18 months. They need to change their entire system and find a way to target the online niche. With all employees on their phones. I would implement SAME DAY delivery on items above a set price. That's better than Amazon. Secondly their home items are great, but severely overpriced. Best Buy will become buried beside Circuit City in 2 years. DELIVERY.....get ahead of Amazon

Went to see if they carried door camera's that was solar and would not require us to put screws in our RV. They courteously took the spot, helped us find the right fit for our needs and we were pleasantly surprised with the price. I always enjoy looking around Best Buy and since I had not been to one in more than a few years I did notice a larger selection on fewer items than I remembered (could just be my memory lol).

Best Buy in North Little Rock is a great representation of how customer service should be. As an employee representing the Beats Brand, I value the relationships we form with our customers, and I want their experience to be so enjoyable that they want to come back. I wish I could say the same for all the stores in the franchise, but this store in particular, they truly are a representation of what loyal customer service should be.

First interaction, greeter asked if we needed help, I said yes please looking for a specific case he didn't even point and used his face to show us. We start walking over there, then he finally comes over and asked which phone again and I share. He shows us the section, I'm mid sentence asking for this specific one he cut me off and said this is all we have, and walked off...i said that's fine, proceeded to look around more and found the case in a completely different area. Picked up my device and checked out. But that wasn't all, same day I also needed an exchange on the same device i picked up, it was an open box device. It was claimed to be in excellent condition yet there was some sticky substances on the side, cracks on back and hinge was bent which causes the screen to go in and out, display was very faded, major scuffs on camera and sides, software was crashing, I was chill with some scuffs but not for a screen that id have to replace soon after. When first approached, rep asked me three separate times what my name was, regardless that I stated, showed ID and had the receipt with me and barcode ready to go. She asked me multiple times where my receipt was, ignoring the fact it was right infront of her and i stated heres the barcode, she snatches it and I shared with her my concerns and requested for a new one if possible, if its in stock. She completely ignored me, started angrily tapping at the screen and said listen, and proceeded to ask me again what i wanted to do, regardless that I already shared it. So I stated again that I would like a brand new one if possible, if theres one in stock, im ok with having to pay more. She said in an angry tone, well you'll have to pay the difference. I shared thats fine with me, it was my mistake for trusting that the open box device didn't have a thorough inspection. She proceeded to get angry and state sarcastically yeah that's what I thought. Huffed, rolled her eyes and proceeded to grab the item to exchange it with. She shared about the restocking fee and I shared thats OK, bummed that I had to but it actually worked out in my favor because it ended up being an equal exchange and it didn't charge me the restocking fee. Oddly she ended up getting angry about that too, this all happened in the same hour.
