They didn’t check my cervix at all didn’t check my urine , they lied and told me to take Tylenol for pain

I rate the ER department management a minus 100. Took my husband Sunday afternoon at 4 and arrived to a full waiting room so knew it would be a while. NO ONE was taken back for treatment until after 7 pm. They did triage but nothing else. He finally got to the back around 9 PM with severe breathing problems and was diagnosed with heart failure. Didn't get assigned a room until noon the NEXT DAY! The nurse Sierra deserves a 100 plus rating - she was phenomenal!Once we got to a room, I would rate all of the nurses 5 star. He had excellent care on the third floor.Management needs to look very hard at the lack of communication to patients in the ER. It appeared there was no staff to actually deal with patients behind the closed doors because there was certainly no movement out of the waiting room for hours. Most of the people there said they had been there from 1 or 2 pm and still hadn't been seen at 8 pm. When I questioned a nurse she asked me what I wanted her to do about it and I responded, "Help my husband!". Geez.

Got cat scan waited for over a hour finally went to restroom then try called me I came back and told them I was in restroom waited 3more hours no one ever called me again finally asked to leave they ask me to stay and see the Dr stayed another hour then had IV pulled out and left was sicker when I left from not eating all daySo in short the emergency department sucks

Horrible attitudes from everyone and my mother sat crying in pain for 6 hours with only 1 guy who helped her.WORST HOSPITAL IN THE STATE!!!!

I Wouldn't send my worst enemy to their ER. I went with a friend who needed a S.A.F.E kit done (SA) and they brushed her off the whole time, did not treat it as a sensitive matter, and moved her to a gurney in the hallway to make room for a 'more important' emergency. The nurses obviously have zero sensitivity training.Would give it 0 stars if I could.

4 hour wait for surgery,waiting room restrooms nasty, door hanging off stall. Food in cafeteria was good but extremely high. Paid 10 dollars for pasta , bread stick and coffee

I am very disappointed about the service that we received in the Emergency Room on 2/5/2024. We sat in the waiting room for over 5 hours. Once we were taken back we were put at the end of a hallway (not a room the hallway). There was no door or curtain for privacy. I am very disappointed in the service that we received from this hospital. We definitely should not be charged for a room since we didn’t use one of your rooms. I was very disappointed in the service we received for the amount you bill us for it definitely should be better quality and treatment.

Please, please, please give the following people my sincere thank you for the fantastic service they provided me during my treatment at your hospital. I arrived by ambulance to the ER in horrible condition and "flat lined twice"...the following people literally saved my life. ER physician on duty January 15 day shift was fantastic, Timothy Pitt best ever in skills and knowledge, in the CCU Kristen Giblet excellent skills, wonderful nurse, Leah Smith again fantastic nurse, Robin Mises exceptional nurse, Medical Doctor Surgeon Doctor Hays implanted my pace maker. Please extend my sincere compliments and thank all of them for saving my life...Thank you all for great medical care. Please extend my thank you very much to them in a personal administrative way. God bless you all. Dennis

This is the worst hospital to go to. You will actually sit 10-12 hours before you're seen! The emergency room isn’t for anyone who’s not dying. Please go elsewhere for your medical attention needs. First experience was the worst experience!

My mother was seen in the ER, misdiagnose her medical condition and sent home twice in one day, died 21 days later. During the time she was there, the power was out which cause all of the machine to turn off. The generator click on however the air condition unit was out in the ICU for over 8 hours. The doctor and nurses provided poor bad side manners. I highly would NOT recommend anyone to go to this hospital.

Husband arrived after having a stroke and was in ICU no one helps him eat no one puts food by him call light not next to him telling him to get off the phone don't have a phone charger and been there now over 4 days and still no bed change or a bath ...not to mention wasn't given a menu and given basically one meal a day they didn't really want to give out snacks therapy no one got hit up for a few days just let him lay there but by golly they sure will bill that insurance ...This is why I no longer work in nursing what I thought being states away husband getting good care from a number one stroke hospital is far from the truth so sad do better train your dietary to uncover food put it next to the person ask if they need anything train your CNA to put bath bucks in reachable condition and not say ring if u need help he had a dam stroke seriously unreal . Very disappointed this medical bill won't be paid by us not a dam dime .. do better train your employees and make them have compassion otherwise they shouldn't work in healthcare you clearly have a lot of bad reviews and no need to reply back thanks for the feedback cause clearly you all don't do anything w the feedback ....thank you for the reminder that this is why I don't work in healthcare sad I can do a better job because I care and have compassion ... Go make a paycheck somewhere else if u can't care and help people take your heartless soul elsewhere healthcare isn't for you those who read this hope you have a better exp

Been at the ER with my daughter that is pregnant sharp pain on her side. We been waiting 4hrs for her to be call . We ask staff at desk how long. No one can give us no type of information. The ER is a joke. It's no structure. No management. Just very poor management. It's ridiculous to have people sitting an waiting hours to be call to a room to sit and wait more hours.
