I have been with Bank of the Ozarks for 3 years and I have found them to be professional and friendly when I have dealt with them. The bank tellers are courteous and even ask if my dog can have a treat. No problems at the Camp Robinson branch.

This is the absolutely worst bank branch in the entire world. Nothing ever works right. Either the night deposit is out of envelopes or deposit slips, the ATM is out of money or out of order, or the tellers are just too lazy and slow. I've written several emails to complain and the branch manager once called me and made of excuses. Just skip this branch altogether.
