“20 years ago BoA hit me with overdrafts because my paycheck was deposited at 3pm and would not 'go in' until the following business day, meanwhile debits could continue to accrue over the weekend and I had several over draft fees, none of which were refunded and half my paycheck was gone. From that day until a week ago the few interactions I have had with BoA were very extremely hostile and negative. The people in jacksonville yelled at me like I was robbing the place because I would not show ID as I made a cash deposit for a friend. Anyway, had a very good experience with the McCain branch and I've been really happy with the financial services. I've opened a personal account and looking at opening a business account soon.”
