Worse drug testing facility I have been to. I’ve been to many other drug testing facilities for pre employment purposes and they have always had a water machine so you could at-least drink a cup or two to help you go.Here they don’t have a water machine in the lobby. I was told you can only have one cup of water per hour from a water fountain they have in the back office. I had to pee in the cup two separate time because apparently it wasn’t enough the first time when I was like barely under the line so I asked for water and was told I could only have one after I just finished peeing how could I possibly fill a cup up over the line after using the restroom with one cup of water I asked for another one and was told only one cup of water per hour when I took the test the second time it was literally about the same as the first time and they said it was fine.Not very professional and felt like they just made a simple pre employment urine test more complicated than what it needed to be. Want to know hot to improve give out water in a testing center that requires you to pee a cup or two is not equivalent to a gallon of water to offset the test.

The customer service is outstanding. It is hard to find good customer service now days. If you need a vendor for your drug and alcohol testing needs, please choose them. You wont regret it.
