My husband took $3500 to be deposited into the automatic teller machine and after he put the money know the machine shut down, restarted, and then came up saying “out of order” without depositing our money. He proceeded inside to find a person to help and the lady who helped him was very rude and said “that’s why I don’t do that”.. well that’s not helpful. It’s not our fault your machine broke down with our $3500 in it. Then she tells him it could take 10 days for them to “prove” he put money in and so on. Well I’m sorry but we need our money back before 10 days. Lastly, she told him the bank was fronting $3500 in good will for us… and when he got home I checked our bank account and they definitely did NOT front us any money. I’ve banked with Arvest for 15 years and am on the verge of leaving because of this one very unprofessional situation.

They have the worst bank tellers. Been a customer for years, and both my personal and business account are with Arvest. I have a great relationship with the teller’s downtown LR, and they know my name. I’m a firm believer in going inside my bank building a relationship. I expect this from every teller associated with this branch. The one on mccain is always a horrible experience. The day after thanksgiving and Kelsey Major profiled my account, and now I’m in the negative. Taken me over 2hrs to get this cleared up. The worse customer service. I’m removing my business and going to somewhere else.

I stood and waited to be seen by a teller for almost 30 minutes while they helped one customer dispute a transaction. Only one employee was working the front counter while everyone else came to the teller desk and walked away. Nobody even acknowledged me. The branch manager also walked by a few times and didn’t acknowledge me.

Arvest is no longer convenient due to site closings. They have very affordable overdraft charges.

This bank closes its lobby at 5pm, which is an inopportune time when people get off work. The drive-thru is also closed, so you are forced to use an ATM or you’re just out of luck if you need complex issues handled. This is the largest branch in the city, so I don’t know why they don’t offer services that smaller banks provide.

The new automated ATMs are efficient with clear and straightforward. I've been a customer at Arvest for years. Never once have I had a problem they couldn't fix.

This Arvest is a waste of time now that the loby is closed and you cant see anybody through the window of the drive through. Best advice is to go to a different Arvest that pays attention to the drive through.
