They might as well close this location down. The most unhelpful staff. Never in my life if I heard of a three day hold for depositing a money order into a bank account. Would not recommend and will be closing my account.

The tellers are so nice at the bank in Sherwood. I have never had any problems I would highly recommend this bank to anybody over any other bank in the state of Arkansas

Don't EVER trust this bank with your money! They stole $400 of federal funds out of my account, and then tried to charge me for the insufficient funds charges THEY caused by doing so. Then they mailed me a letter stating they will remove all the NSF charges, but now they changed their mind and refuse to remove them, even tho they put it in writing that they would. They expect me to pay $533 on a $278.11 total debt, and I REFUSE to pay for THEIR mistake. I even contacted them, begging them to get my balance right so I could pay it off, and they flat out refused, so I'm stuck with charges from money they stole. That's why I switched my banks and have a safe. No one's money is safe with Arvest

Been two weeks and still no debit card for new account. They just keep saying, it should be there in a day or two. I have just started using this bank, now I want to close my account and go back to my old bank that is 15 mins. away. I need my debit card. They didn't even give me temporary checks to get by. They don't give those. Every bank I've used gives those. I only have $75 in cash to use until I get my card if I ever do. I don't know what's going on. If I don't get my card by next Monday, I am closing my account, unless I have to have a card to do that. I don't know what to do. I'm mad!

They were pretty cool and warming people . The security guard was actually great he gave me n my kids popcorn ,it was fresh also and he had a wonderful spirit
