The best and most friendly marine store anywhere. All of the associates make you feel as if they have been waiting on you to get there just so they could carry on conversation with you and get you the best deals available. Like you have known them all of your life!!!

The parts manager is a complete turd. He has absolutely no business running anything. I’ve have managed 50 people for years and have never seen someone that is supposedly a manager talk to someone like they did me. Will absolutely never go back or recommend these clowns

Super disappointing interaction from Arts today. I asked for a part. They looked up the price. It was almost $200 more than the same part from the manufacturer. I know this because I just spoke them. The arrogant sales clerk tried to tell me that my info was incorrect, that the price I quoted was wholesale, and that no one would sell it to me at the price I was quoted. When I tried to discuss how he was mistaken, he gave me the silent treatment. So I hung up. The one star review is for talking down to me, for poorly informed about the price and markup of the item in question and for being childish enough to give me the silent treatment. I have been a customer for nearly 40 years. I'll never shop there again.

Asked about rebuild of motor over phone. Drove 60 miles was told don't do rebuilds. Just does basic work on boat motors.Staff friendly.
