Paid for 55gal. Delivery truck came but did not fill tank. Have it on video the truck was there 3 minutes. Amerigas sent me an email that it was delivered and that my gauge was an estimate and i read wrong. My dad was in the business 30+yrs, so I'm the wrong one to pump sunshine to. I'll be buying my own tank shortly.

Delivery driver is the best thing about thus company. Unless I'm rich you won't do billing, but want to make me wait to turn it on because YOU want to do an inspection. Run out every time. Have to a week or two because we have to wait to prepay. If there is another company ( which we are looking for ) that does billing we will be taking our business else where. Customer service is horrible they will argue or give you the wrong information and make little to no attempt to correct it. If fact they tend to berate you. Already looking for better service you should to these people only want your money, they do not care about there customers one bit just the money. As matter of fact we're out of gas now and have been for a week. This whole house for the most part is disabled people whom are on a fixed income (hense why we can't get billing) that's no hot water to bath in or the be able to cook. But hey we're to poor for billing. Only expect good service if you have money otherwise....be ready to freeze.

Customer service is a joke! When you call your connected with someone in the Philippines that doesn't speak good English and difficult to understand. Other local company's have propane at a much lower price.

The gas was delivered on a timely basis. I never run out of gas. It is always filled before it gets too low. I am so pleased with the service I get with AmeriGas. Thank you!!!

It would be ZERO star if it were an option. I have never dealt with a AR department so inadequate. If you can't have American employees that is sad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I replaced my old tank which I owned with one provided by Amerigas. They came and installed it promptly as scheduled and then returned to fill it up in a couple of days. Very good service esp. from the service technician.

My 92 year-old brother ordered propane by phone from Amerigas on 12/11/2023. They drafted $2000 from his bank account and still no propane on January 3, 2024.What’s going on? We have tried to reach them by phone with no success.

Amerigas is awful. Wanting us to pay for a tank repair that is their tank. Can never get anyone that understands English.
