We had a great experience here looking for two rugs. Everyone was so helpful and their inventory is massive. If you can’t find what you want here you might as well give up. They said they have the most area rugs as any location in Arkansas, Oklahoma or Tennessee and I believe it. Prices were fair. They also folded up the two rugs we bought and put them in the truck. We went on a Friday and miss Caroline (I think that was here name) from the TV ads was there and helped us out. She is 80 something and still hustling. If you go you won’t be disappointed. One of the rugs is pictured. It didn’t come with the car but she is a fan.

My wife and I walked into Aladdin rugs told Dorothy what we were looking for and within five minutes we were making a purchase! Came out of feeling great because the rug is perfect and the customer service is second to none. ON THIS DAY IN TIME WHEN CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN THROWN OUT THE DOOR,IT WAS A BREATH OF FRESH AIR TO HAVE SOMEONE TREAT YOU LIKE THEY REALLY ARE GLAD YOU CAME IN!?

Purchased an 8X10 rug with premium pad for $700.00 plus tax. Asked about having the rug delivered for $50.00 and was told that they could put the rug in my the back of my SUV. (This was their recommendation, not mine!) I told them the SUV was new and I did not want my car damaged. (Brand new 2021 Toyota Highlander.)They assured me they would not damage my car. I should have known better! Walked outside to see them struggling to get the rug in the back of my SUV and they had already scratched up my bumper! I told them they had already scratched up my bumper THEN they went and got an old rug pad to place under the rug! TOO LITTLE TOO LATE! UNBELIEVABLE! YOU WOULD THINK THAT SINCE ALL THEY DO IS SELL RUGS, THEY WOULD HAVE PROTECTED MY CAR TO BEGIN WITH! I am sick about this! I would like to purchase another rug from them but this has left a really bad feeling with me. I have an appointment with the Toyota dealership to see about getting my bumper repaired. If you do purchase a large rug from Aladdin, have it delivered! It's not worth the damage to your car or the money saved!

Best in customer service. Freindly and knowledgeable staff. Best prices i have ever seen in my life. The employees are always happy to assist no matter the question. Will always return. I just cant find it in myself to go anywhere else
