They have continued to bill me for something that was paid 6 months ago!There were 2 checks sent, they actually owe me a refund. I was told to email the copies of checks…. Lol email address is undeliverable!! Of course it is!!If they keep sending me bills, I will take legal action!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!They are very dishonest!!!!

This place is infuriating. My daughter's nail sample was sent here (will definitely let the doctor know how awful this place is). I continue to receive bills saying I owe $456, when it's already been paid and has been paid since October 27 through our HSA/third party. I called back in November to explain this with proof and even the check number and all the details that my HSA provided me, and I have continued to get no where with this company. Mindblowing.

Did my test, called immediately. Test was picked up a few hours later. A week later my doctor called and said the test was expired. I had taken a picture of my shipping label with fedex. The Fedex tracking said they delivered the package to the recipient at a fedex facility. It appears as if they have a box at the fedex office, but the Advanced Pathology never picked it up. Very frustrating

This company billed my primary and secondary insurances $652 with no explanation just a “reason code” which I believe was to analyze a toenail scrape for fungus. They only received half/$326 but still. My guess is it have taken one person looking in a microscope about 60 seconds to determine it was clear. Another 60 seconds to report the finding. And we wonder why our healthcare premiums are in skyrocketing…smh.

Basic lab work cost us $411and that is with insurance!!!I've called them twice about the charges and they have made no attempt to help me.

Advanced Pathology Solutions is by far the best lab in the county! The timeliness of results coupled with their incredible customer service is unmatched. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable lab!

APS is the worst. I tried calling phone number on my bill and it will not ring. The phone number on website states it is disconnected. I just want to set up payment plan for my bill. I hope somone will contact me.

This company is the worst Ive ever dealt with they never return calls. Try to send email its invalid. My account is now delinquent because they are so slow to return my overpayment. I hope doctors stop using this company!!!

Horrible place to work! No opportunity for advancement unless you’re favored by management or the owners. Low pay, no yearly evaluations, no raise after you’ve been there a year. The favoritism is sickening. Elderly patients people are being charged outrageous lab fees for unnecessary toenail clippings. Their business practices are extremely questionable. Patients have to wait 6 months or longer for a refund when over charged. The billing department, HR, and the finance department is a joke. No teamwork and nobody cares about doing things correctly.

They dont answer the calls to schedule pick ups during 8 am to 5 pm Central time, even though they charge people so much money by promising to. SCAM!

Awful. Kept sending my Bill to my son in another state for some unknown reason. Called them several times to clear it up and they are still messing it up. Now they have me listed as delinquent. This company's billing department is totally incompetent.

Heed the negative reviews!My personal opinion of this place, formed when they were brought in after our pathologist left: They were rude and condescending from the get-go. They want you to do everything their way and any way you have been doing things is wrong. Your equipment is junk, per them, so you must buy the equipment they suggest. Coincidentally they suggest you buy said equipment from the other company they own.Never dealt with such arrogant and condescending people in a lab setting. I cannot imagine how bad it is working IN their lab. No wonder they CONSTANTLY are running ads for techs.
