This is a trashy store with inappropriate clothing on mannequins for ltlle kids to see out front. Also marijuana leafs on clothing...prime example of why McCain Mall has become a low class dump.

I Always shop for my girlfriend at Adore, they have great customer service anytime I needed help with finding something the employees help me, and give me good advice on what my girlfriend would like. They have great deals on sets and good clothes to pick from . I highly recommend going to adore you won’t be disappointed ???

I guess you get what you pay for. Low quality clothing. Bottoms ripped before I even got the chance to wear them. Won't shop here again unfortunately.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This store has always been great until recently. My girlfriend (she wears a small/medium) got a matching set, when she asked the store where the size was located they stated that it was “one size fits all” so we bought the set. When she got home to try it on it was entirely too small. We called back to the store to ask if we could receive a refund and they stated that they cannot do a refund, only an exchange. Well the set didn’t fit so exchanging for another one wouldn’t do any justice and there was nothing else that she wanted in the store. When she spoke with the manager he was very unwilling to help make the situation right since they told her the wrong thing. The lack of customer service made this a horrible experience when they could have refunded our money since it was a mistake on their end.

Everytime I shop in ADORE , I feel like a winner! I can not believe that how they can offer such a variety of products with great quality at absolute best price! There is something for everyone.It is always fresh and there is always new and trendy products. Well, only thing is that you can not try on what you purchase right in the shop but it seems like it is this way everywhere nowadays.(I guess COVID)They give you a chance to exchange anyway so it is not a big deal for me.I recommended this store everyone!

My girlfriend purchased a “one size fits all” outfit and she is about a size small/medium which it ended up not fitting. Owner told her that basically there was nothing he can do about it, he can only allow her to exchange even though this was a faulty situation on THEIR end. There was nothing else that she liked in the store, so she didn’t want to exchange it and he didn’t try to make an exception at all even though he could have. I have worked in retail management so I know how this works and exceptions can always be made to keep a faithful, happy customer. It is unfortunate because she loved this store but we will never come back again.
