Very friendly staff. We have had wonderful service from there. Brianna is who I recommend she’s such a sweetheart. Helped me with my app and account. I’ve been banking with diamond for 15 years now and I’ll continue to grow with them thank you all so much.

100% do NOT recommend!My parents live partially in Arkansas and partially out of state. They recently opened an account in preparation to move here more permanently. Being out of state often, they intentionally set up mobile banking when they opened the account. After several attempts to get it working and multiple phone calls they were still unable to utilize mobile banking. After finally getting in touch with the manager to get it figured out (as directed) he informed them he had cancelled their account WITHOUT INFORMING THEM because they don’t live in Arkansas permanently, yet he sent a check with their money to their Arkansas address!?!?Aside from horrible customer service, it seems they also have poor mobile banking capabilities based on our experience as well as other customer reviews.Needless to say, just save yourself the trouble and find a better bank.

Terrible experience with Diamond bank. Was treated politely by staff when setting up account. Could not get Mobil App to work, however and was advised to address the issue with manager. Manager was very rude for no apparent reason and we are going to bank at a place where customers are appreciated and treated with respect. Terrible customer service. Other banks are happy to get new customers, Diamond Bank must not have need for that. Very unfortunate!

My husband opened his account Friday. He was advised give it 15 minutes before activating his card before trying to access his funds. Here it is Sunday and his card has declined every place we went, except one gas station. They do not have customer representatives available to talk to after business hours, and what is the point of having an app available when you can’t even see your account balance!!! He is closing his account first thing Tuesday morning! I would not recommend!!
