Noteworthy details: Needs a better coffee pot and parking lot needs expanded! Management needs to spread customers out and not clutter everyone in one small area

There were dead bed bugs between mattress and box springs. We approached manager and he would not give refund. He stated they sprayed every 2 months but obviously they did not inspect nor change out bedding properly.

Very very nice rooms. Very clean, nicely decorated, quiet and convenient. The manager is very accommodating and pleasant! Would highly recommend! I’ve stayed there numerous times and have never had a problem or been disappointed.Rooms: Very nice condition, decorating, cleanliness. Well taken care of.Nearby activities: The greatest example of Americana music in the country. Hillbillies pickin and grinnin in the town square. How can you beat that.

It would have been ok if it was a work trip, but it wasn't very nice for the family. There was no one on site to help you if you needed anything from room service, Our room key would never work, so we had to call the at 9 or 10 in the evening and wait for 15 or 20 minutes for someone to show up to fix the room card. The internet was horrible and slow, I just used my hotspot and burned that up. They did restart the router once, but that didn't help it any. The room was ok, There was dust on top, everything. The toilet wouldn't flush there was a plunger in the bathroom, the shower didn't drain. We were there for five days. I would have gone to a different hotel, but I paid for it on Monday, and after reading the reviews, I figured we wouldn't get our money back. I will never stay there again

Having to call the owners to get checked in, to get extra towels (there were 3 of us in one room with 2 towels), and had to call to check out. Very disappointed in that aspect. The rooms were dated, smelled musty like an old motel would, but clean. The pool, well, it's dated, peeling paint, and a homeless man who slept in his truck in the parking lot overnight used the pool as a bathtub. Gross! No battery in smoke alarm. The GFCI by the bathroom sink had something shoved in the receptacles so it was useless. The toilet made an awful loud squeal for several minutes when flushed. If you're looking for a quick overnighter, this is ok for that. We stayed 4 nights but weren't really in the room much.Rooms: They were clean. Had 2 mini fridges, 2 microwaves. Not enough plug ins and the GFCI by the sink had something shoved in the plug so we had to move the coffee pot to a different area. Smoke detector had no battery, was very yellow from years of smoking in the rooms prior to being non smoking.Safety: Short if the smoke alarm not having batteries, the area was fairly nice.

On 8/4/23 we rented a room. When we checked in, the guy at the desk met us at the room to make sure all was OK. I stated to him that the chemical used to clean was very strong, and I didn’t know if I handle that. He said that they had just finished cleaning, and it would not be so strong in a little while. We set the luggage in and left. Returning a few hours later finding the smell was still very strong. While unpacking we were stepping on something that looked like dog food. It was also in the bathroom floor. Did not look like it had been swept.We could not report this as there was no one in the office when we checked out. Just a drop box for the keys out side the office door.The beds were good and looked clean. Other than the floor, the bathroom was clean.We are going back to Mountain View in October, but we will look for another hotel.

Stayed here over a week and overall it was not a bad experience, but only comparing it relatively to the other choices available in Mountain View. My room was relatively clean and appointed as described, it did appear that it had recently been “fumigated“ because there were dead insects inside the drawers.The manager is sometimes unnecessarily, sarcastic, which I found to be rude at first, but I think it’s just a sense of humor. Otherwise, he has been very nice and taken care of any problems with the room, which was cleaned and remade every day.During my stay, I found three spiders in my room, and one unknown bug.Bring a flyswatter when visiting Mountain View.They’re obviously pet friendly as I saw many people here with Dogs and even cats during my stay.Pool doesn’t look like it’s been brushed in a while but otherwise appears clean and is a popular respite for some on the hot summer days that I was here.

Conveniently located. Easily access downtown mountain view by car as well as the caverns and folk center.Quiet area at night. Plenty of parking. Pool. Fridge in room. Clean and safe feeling, park like location. Beds were not so comfy and surprise surprise the coffee wasn't great. However, this modest accommodation was friendly and safe, clean and quiet, temperate with good water pressure and nice soaps and plenty of towels. I do recommend if this suits your needs, it was fine for our little family.

It was a surprisingly nice experience. I was unsure just because it looks like your average sketchy motel but I was surprised! You can definitely tell the owners are doing their best at renovating it. He's super nice and waited for us to check in late at like 9pm. The bed was super comfortable and the bathtub was huge! We planned this trip in like an hour and went on it the next day, I don't think we'll ever come back to Arkansas just because of the hills but if we ever did, I would stay here!

Clean hotel room at a decent price! I loved the bed and sheets. There are some upgrades that could still be made, but it's definitely a good choice! The property also has a pool with a few shade trees, which would be really enjoyable in the super-hot and humid Arkansas summers. Walmart and a few nicer restaurants are nearby-- in walking distance, really, and fast food, gas stations, etc are close. It's just a short drive to get to old downtown and the square. Nice man who checked us in, too. Thank you!
