Our experience with Meadows Ford Mountain View was great from beginning to end! Specifically Charles Ferguson was awesome to work with! He was very professional but personable, honestly felt like he like he could be my grandpa!?☺️ He was so fun to talk to and made the whole process of buying a truck so easy and made us feel comfortable.

It is a cross between Mayberry and Heaven. The people run their business with respect for their customers and their wonderful city.

Bought a new vehicle for the wife. Had a great experience with our salesman. Had plenty of time to walk through our options and discuss what fit us best personally, and financially. No rush by our salesman, or strong salesman tactics. Clear communications on the numbers aspects of the trade-in and new purchase. Highly recommend!

I wouldn't recommend this dealership to a dead dog. Been dealing with them for many years. BUT NEVER AGAIN!! And I can honestly tell you that not one time in all those years has the service or parts department EVER called me to let me know my parts were in. And on 9/21/23, I had a scheduled appointment for a Ford recall on my 2016 F350. Once again I was not called about the part coming in. It was ordered a month ago. It gets worse. They fixed the recall (Clock Spring) located in the steering wheel. After leaving the dealership, I immediately realized there was a warning light on that stated "Service Advance Trac " and my turning signal didn't work. I immediately went back and was told those things had nothing to do with the Clock Spring. Everything was working before I got there. I informed them that apparently the mechanic broke the turning signal when he took the steering wheel off or when he put it back on. They ordered another signal switch. Now they are telling me I'll have to pay for the switch and they will fix it sometime at the end of October. You can only imagine what was going thru my mind. After numerous phone calls the next 2 days talking to the manager, I was told it would be the end of October before they could fix it. I even had the manager of another dealership (Owned by same person) contact Drew, the manager over all 3 of the dealerships Owned by Josh Meadows. Not to my surprise AT ALL he never called me. There is a special place for crooked dishonest people. Josh Meadows, you either have some bad employees, or you run a crooked business. You have definitely lost my business.UPDATE: 10/16/23; Finally got a call from Drew a couple of weeks ago. Took my truck back in on the 16th of October, and they fixed what they broke. I'm grateful for that. Thank you Meadows Ford. But you have lost my business anyway. Should have been fixed the same day you broke it. Not 3 weeks later.
