About 1 week ago I was having a problem getting a prescription filled. It seemed the Drs. nurse, my insurer, and the pharmacy couldn't get it straight and it was taking over 1 hour. One of the workers (Melivee Milucci) took control of things and said she would help. Well, this woman had everything fixed, the script filled and it took about 10 minutes. The pharmacy should be proud of this worker and give her some recognition. Thanks again for a job well done Melivee! I was ready to take my business elsewhere until you helped.

Worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. The most incompetent pharmacy personnel you can imagine. Said prescription would be filled in 30 min and they would text me. I came back in an hour and was at first told the prescription must have been sent to another store, then was told someone in the pharmacy canceled the fill for today and put it to be filled tomorrow. Pharmacist said he could not fill today because of other employees canceling todays fill. Stated he would transfer prescription to a closer pharmacy so I would not have to drive 1 1/2 hrs back tomorrow. Several hours later that had not been done and other pharmacy was unable to contact them because they would not answer the phone.

If I could give no stars, I would. This is the second time ( six months worth of meds) that they have given me the wrong dosage of meds. I have called and the lady pharmacist who I talked to was extremely rude, told me I was wrong about the dosage and kept correcting me when I said fluoxetine. Instead of just trying to help. She also told me a doctor would have to call to change the dosage, even though this has already happened. So I had to call the old pharmacy that we used and had them fax over the right dosage. Weird that the other pharmacy had the right dosage but this one didn’t. Anyways. This place sucks. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

The employees at the pharmacy are the rudest most unfriendly people we have ever encountered. I understand they are overworked and under-paid Walmart employees, but there is no excuse for absolutely no professional superior customer service. Funny how Walmart demands it from their vendors, but not their own direct employees. Long live store #11.

The pharmacist was just super nice when explaining medication but they didn’t even fill the whole prescription and they won’t answer their phones so I can ask why.

The pharmacy at this location is subpar. My medications are constantly & consistently being messed up. Calling a week ahead of time before I run out of my meds does not produce any better result. I have actually spoken to the head pharmacist and asked if I was blacklisted, or something to that effect, from receiving good service. My medications are not complicated and almost all come from the same doctor. Instead of working on trying to improve their performance it almost seems as if they go out of their way to find new and inventive ways to screw up my order. They have also changed my medication without my permission so instead of paying $23.91 for a refill I would have had to pay $44. When I called and questioned them about the change they gave ME attitude for not being happy they filled my order. The solution? The head pharmacist told me, "well you are free to take your prescriptions somewhere's else."
