I never imagined a pharmacy could be this incompetent or bad. I was seriously injured and sent to the emergency room, afterwards I was given a prescription for a painkiller to help me sleep. I dropped that prescription off around 3pm, several hours before they close. After waiting for HOURS, I called them to find out what was taking so long. The guy told me "if you can get here in five minutes we can give it to you otherwise it'll be tomorrow." I tried to explain the medicine was for pain and to help me sleep, and that I'd dropped off the script on my way home from the ER. they didn't care. they offered no excuse for why they hadn't filled it with hours to do it, and no one would help me.I spent two days trying to get a manager without success. when I finally got one, they weren't the pharmacy manager or the store manager and basically just said sorry but they wouldn't do anything.after another week I spoke to the store manager who had been dodging my calls. he offered me an apology but gave no indication that they would adjust their policies to help future customers. horrible store.

This store has to be the worse I've ever dealt with when trying to talk to a store rep. Pharmacy or not, it is impossible to get a real person on the phone to help.

So glad there is a walgreens is this area of Arkansas!! They have EVERYTHING is place as if i was back in Wisconsin. This is the only place they sell Ice Mountain water, so i do drive a bit to stock up. They have the photo section, all the makeup that i use, the clearance isle( which I LOVE :) and everything else you could love about a local area Walgreens. Masks aren't require but the do sell them and they practice social distancing if this matters to you. The place is clean and organized as with all others. People at the registers are very friendly. It makes me feel like I'm back home!

Looking back on other unfavorable reviews, I see that nothing has changed. Spent (a)other half hour in the drive thru pharmacy line. Cars were lined up to the highway. I phoned the manager to tell him how long the line was, how long the wait was, and he said "Not much I can do about it." No apologies, no offer to check on the holdup. Even when there's no line, the wait can easily be 30 minutes. This place is a disaster.

I have had numerous problems with my RXs since switching to the Mountain Home AR Walgreens. Plus it is always a hassle trying to talk to a rep in the Pharmacy.

Cam in to get assistance with a picture i was working on for my daughter in law and when i first got there no one was at the counter and 2 associates walked by me standing at the desk a few times and ignored me. When i finally got help the 2 diffrent associates who tried to help me got frustrated and said i dont work in this department so i have no idea how to do this and gave up. Finally when the manager came by he tried but couldnt help me either and all i wanted to do was change the orientation of a pic. The manager then told me after he could not figure out how to help me with a simple issue that thwir website would not allow me to do on my own....the manager said that this is something i have to do on my computer. Which i then said to him....tuen why are yall even in business then? So long story short....i was in Walgreens for approximately and hour and half with no help whatsoever not to mention blatantly being ignored several times and when i was helped....the associatss and the manager was very rude to me and had absolutely no idea how to do their job let alone give good customer service. I will never go back to walgreens for any photo services in the future and i would not ever recomend using them for any of your photo needs. Go to Walmart because they actually know how to do their jobs and are glad to assist anyone who needs help, not ti mention their app to fix your photos actually lets you change the orientation and anything else you meed to do to your pic!!

Worst Walgreens I have ever been in, employees treat you rude and very unprofessional. I finally dealt with pharmacy manager, worst experience I ever had pharmacy manager needs more training in customer service. Avoid this Walgreens location.

The employees are obviously not educated on the new tobacco laws vs their company policy. The cashier told me I couldn't buy a product because of the new law. I'm 20, the new law states that anyone who turns 19 before the end of 2019 is excused from this law. I was obviously frustrated. I even asked her if it was just the store policy and she stated "no, it is the new state law". I'm not mad about being turned away. Just mad about how uneducated she was on law vs company policy.

I really like a few of the people there but more and more they are rude. Just today in Pharmacy drive through the lady was rude and condescending. holding my script in one hand texting on her phone with the other.... I know Pharmacy is understaffed and over worked but put your phone out of sight a d do your job. listen when asked questions. if you don't know the answer ask someone else instead of ignoring the customer

This place could use more help, I agree with that! The pharmacy staff is friendly though. There's a long wait time now than when they were a 24 hour store, for some reason a lot of the area pharmacies are longer wait times now. I strongly agree with another poster here, this store needs to return to a 24 hour location. I don't know who made the decision to stop that, but they should really reconsider that choice. There are a lot of people who come from miles around because Mt Home is the biggest place close to them. The store is clean when I have been and usually well stocked. The restrooms could use more attention and some remodeling. I like using Walgreens pharmacy because you can go to any Walgreens to pick up your prescription when needed and that's great when you travel a lot. This store was one of the best places to go before the store changed from a 24 hour location. If they want to cut the hours its open, hire more staff to get the work done and keep it moving fast, but as far as friendly, they get stars for that.
