I never imagined a pharmacy could be this incompetent or bad. I was seriously injured and sent to the emergency room, afterwards I was given a prescription for a painkiller to help me sleep. I dropped that prescription off around 3pm, several hours before they close. After waiting for HOURS, I called them to find out what was taking so long. The guy told me "if you can get here in five minutes we can give it to you otherwise it'll be tomorrow." I tried to explain the medicine was for pain and to help me sleep, and that I'd dropped off the script on my way home from the ER. they didn't care. they offered no excuse for why they hadn't filled it with hours to do it, and no one would help me.I spent two days trying to get a manager without success. when I finally got one, they weren't the pharmacy manager or the store manager and basically just said sorry but they wouldn't do anything.after another week I spoke to the store manager who had been dodging my calls. he offered me an apology but gave no indication that they would adjust their policies to help future customers. horrible store.

This store has to be the worse I've ever dealt with when trying to talk to a store rep. Pharmacy or not, it is impossible to get a real person on the phone to help.

A prescription was turned in for me 6 days ago. As of today they are still working on putting it together. Do not use them if you would actually like to get your prescriptions.

An endlessly revolving door of overworked staff endlessly taking their frustrations with the management out on the patients/customers, so in other words a classic example of an incompetently managed rural franchise. If I wanted to wait half an hour in line only to be condescended to, I'd go to the DMV.

I tried to get my diabetic meds there and had to go back three times to get half of it then they canceled my perccricption because every time I went to get it the line wrapped around the building so I waited until the next time I went into town. And that wasn't fast enough for them. I am getting my perccricptions elsewhere.

So glad there is a walgreens is this area of Arkansas!! They have EVERYTHING is place as if i was back in Wisconsin. This is the only place they sell Ice Mountain water, so i do drive a bit to stock up. They have the photo section, all the makeup that i use, the clearance isle( which I LOVE :) and everything else you could love about a local area Walgreens. Masks aren't require but the do sell them and they practice social distancing if this matters to you. The place is clean and organized as with all others. People at the registers are very friendly. It makes me feel like I'm back home!

Looking back on other unfavorable reviews, I see that nothing has changed. Spent (a)other half hour in the drive thru pharmacy line. Cars were lined up to the highway. I phoned the manager to tell him how long the line was, how long the wait was, and he said "Not much I can do about it." No apologies, no offer to check on the holdup. Even when there's no line, the wait can easily be 30 minutes. This place is a disaster.

DO NOT buy your glucose test strips here! They charge more than two times the price than other pharmacies, then refuse to refund an unopened box with receipt. This isn't a product that is ingested so this policy is ridiculous. Next time my purchase will be ANYWHERE else so I can get twice the product for half the price...and they will refund them if I'm dissatisfied!UPDATE: I spoke by phone to the pharmacy manager, Garrett. Kevin (store manager) and Garrett explained that this was a misunderstanding and it should have been refunded because it was an OTC purchase. They were very kind and refunded my money, in full, a few days later. I just wanted to let everyone know that they did the right thing. A big thank you to Garrett and Kevin!

I have had numerous problems with my RXs since switching to the Mountain Home AR Walgreens. Plus it is always a hassle trying to talk to a rep in the Pharmacy.

I have had nothing but problems with this pharmacy. The pharmacist That is now the manager is horrible. I had a member of the staff tell me if I didn’t like it I can take my prescriptions elsewhere. Upon talking to that store manager he said he would take care of it but nothing was ever done. And anytime I went to go get my prescriptions they were either out and had to order more I didn’t want her feeling because They needed a prior authorization from the doctor The same doctor that sent it in. I have switch pharmacies and so happy I have.

WORST PHARMACY IN TOWN!Long waits in the store and in the drive thru. Understaffed and much incompetence abounds in this store. Avoid the headaches and go elsewhere.Seems like every month is a new problem, from denying my refill because they are submitting to wrong part of Medicare, to today's blunder of only sending 1 of 4 prescription refills to doctor and when the one comes back all they do is wait and when I call to ask if they're sure they say yes. When things make NO SENSE you better be on your A game or you look incompetent like today. I'm changing to a different pharmacy after this refill as I've lost confidence, it's been a nightmare with 2 refills in 2019, both with ignorant blunders.UNACCEPTABLE POOR SERVICE.
