This store will defraud you out of money. BEWARE!! If you buy a product of any kind from them, and it does not work properly, they WILL NOT refund your money. Even if you are still in the store, and never leave their presence, they will not give you your money back!! When I asked for it back, they showed me in very fine print. At the bottom of the receipt, that i only received "AFTER THE PURCHASE" their 'NO REFUND" policy. They will steal your money. Fair warning. Read the other reviews.Nowhere in the store is a no refund policy posted. Stay Away!! PS: This is the first negative review I have ever written.

Sorry. The experience at this Verizon store started out okay until the employee started bringing out all kinds of accessories, which she assumed we would just buy. Very pushy, too. For instance, she tried to convince us that older rapid phone chargers have a "memory" and don't work with new phones, which is ludicrous. Additionally, she was not clear and seemed intentionally vague about how much everything with our upgrade would cost. I am a disabled veteran on a fixed income -- cost is important. All told, the cost (which came later in my billing) was over $800. Insane. I will absolutely never return to this store.
And management, before you add your rote response to this review, take a look at the unethical, used car sales approach your employees are taking with their customers first. If you see nothing wrong with the practices in the store, by all means, waste your time with a response.

After being on the phone with another Verizon agent for an hour without results, we stopped here. Kaitlyn knew what to do immediately and solved the problem in no time.

Have a verizon phone that quit working and 3 weeks ago and told me i had to buy a new phone. Verizon even had a trouble ticket on it but it didn't matter. I am going to a different carrier.
