I went to Verizon last night to get my phone that I ordered. It was a different guy that helped me from the guy that ordered it for me. Both were very kind. Last night, that man was super understanding. I am very talkative so while we waited we chatted about random things to keep us occupied and he even helped me with a few questions I had for my friend. In all, was a great experience and will be back! Highly recommend this Verizon!

They are pretty good and knowledgeable here when it comes to phones and upgrading your devices for Verizon. My only complaint is I kind of felt rushed and put off to the side while our new phones were being getting the transferred info from our old phones. They did get a little busy while we were there, that could have been why it felt that way. Overall, was not a bad experience and me and my wife accomplished what we were wanting to do with our upgrades for Verizon.
