The worst bank in town am waiting at drive threw now it been 15 mins waiting for them to cash a check ever time I come here they have problems if I did have so much on line pay with them I would change banks

I have been with bank for 15+ years, there customer service is horrible now, I am changing my account to another bank.

Fix your drive-thru. I have to go inside just to make a deposit. I don't have time to wait in line with all the retirees in town that spend 30 min chatting up the tellers. Good grief!

I usually only go through the drive thru when going in person and the customer service is always VERY friendly. Whenever I try to call to ask a simple question, though, I either never get an answer, or the person who answers is extremely rude and does not want to assist me. I was having issues with the online banking to check to see if I had any pending deposits in my account, and I prefer to speak to someone at a local branch instead of the 1-800 number due to it taking nearly 10 minutes or longer for the automated system to even allow me to be connected to a live operator. But when I called the local branch this morning to just need the simple question about my account answered, the woman who answered had a very rude tone and just said "Honey you can call 1-800-USBANK or use us bank.com for that" and flat-out did not want to help me, as though it was inconvenient for her. Due to multiple issues with the local branch, my husband and I will be switching banks as soon as we have the funds to do so.

My husband & I went in to open an account today. Talk about an unfriendly bunch! There we two tellers in the entire branch. Ginger was especially surly. Won't be banking here!
