I am a repeat customer for this dealership. Every vehicle I own, and have owned for the past 10 years has been from them. I live 120 miles away from it, but I will drive by all dealers to deal with Lance Whitaker and his sales team and finance department.

Review of Ultimate service. Ultimate recently preformed routine service and a recall check. Oil change and filter change were preformed quickly with no problems, I did make an appointment. Recall item checked out ok no work needed for that.Forty Five min. for this service. Price of service was reasonable. I purchased this Explorer from Ultimate new and would shop them again when needed and I will continue to have my Ford serviced at their dealership.

The service guy was okay, he wasn't unfriendly, but he wasn't friendly either. More just like, I'm here to do my job and that is it. The part guy I spoke with was incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful. He literally should have said I don't want to help you or do anything for you. Parts wise I will go somewhere else, service wise I would only come back if I had enough points to cover the oil change.

Very pleasant place to look for a new vehicle, no hard pressure sales at all. You are treated like an old friend, not just another sale.

Wouldn’t trust these mechanics to wash my car. Go somewhere else for work, they’ll over charge you and still NOT find what’s wrong with your car. Total joke.

I just purchased a 2024 F-150 through Ultimate Ford in Mountain Home and couldn't be more pleased with the experience! The salesman and business manager couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. It's nice having such an excellent dealership right here in Mountain Home!

Was out of town 10 hours from home and had a minor issue. Service manger got me in and completed repairs. Great service and they followed up later to make sure everything was OK.

Appreciate being taken care of at the last minute. We were visiting the area on our vacation. Our truck needed the thermostat replaced and the AC went out.. The thermostat and AC and some sensor was fixed. I will definitely keep this place in my contacts when my wife and I visit the area again in case of a situation where we got put in. Thank you for helping us out.
