Clinton in the Jeep service did a terrific job, kept me informed and was very professional. Although there was a significant delay in getting approval for a damaged tire coveraged under a hazardous road warranty he made it right in the end.

Clinton is the man to see in the service department, he gets things done and while he doesn't claim to know everything he knows everything you need for your jeep.
Thanks Clinton !

I was charged $78 for them to check my battery. Auto zone would have done that for free. Thanks so much ultimate. Then I was charged $250 to replace my $120 battery... grand total $328 to replace a $120 battery they recommended to change both battery's auto zone price is $120 and $250 for both.$370 . there price is $680. Where did the other $310 come from.? Tax? Unfair pricing

Need to even see if warranty work can be done? If its even covered? Dont come here, they'll just tell you to go to a body shop. Needed a hood replaced due to warp, and they barely even spoke to me about it.Go to James River Jeep and Dodge in Ozark MO, the best dealer ive ever dealt with and they'll solve 100% of your problems.

This rating is based on the service department. On Tuesday, 12/27/22, Our 2016 dodge ram gave my husband a check engine light and then the Def light lit up. Our onboard screen monitoring told us I had to get my DEF serviced. I would only get 150 miles before my truck would go into limp mode, which means that I could only drive it 5 mph at that point. We were out of state and passed by this dealership and decided to stop in so they could read the code and tell us what was wrong with it. My husband went into the service department and asked the lady who was manning the service department desk if someone could check my code for him. She then proceeded to tell him that no one could check my code until after the first of the year. He explained to her that We were on the road and from out of state and our vehicle would only go 150 miles before it went into limp mode. She then stated there was nothing she could do. She stated again there was nothing she could do and said it in a rude manner. I would never recommend this service department to anyone.

These people in the service department are friendly and have good customer service. They helped diagnose and fix my Jeep.

Made a long drive with friend who was down on vacation, 12 hours from home, to be told in 2 seconds what they could've said on the phone. Otherwise nice people.
