This is a recently remodeled dealership that has been in Mtn. Home for years. The service department are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Parts and service department know their vehicles, are competent. The sales staff has a good selection of black, white and gray cars and trucks to choose from. I wouldn't get a GMC product anywhere else.

Had to have warranty work done on my Husband's Ram. They were absolutely the best dealership we've ever worked with. Polite, thorough, explained everything step by step, and professional. It was worth the 40 minute drive for us.

It's not often this day and time to find a business that truly has the customer at heart on all levels. We completed all phases of the purchase of a used vehicle from Ultimate GMC without having to travel to Arkansas. We live in Georgia. Our emails were promptly responded to. Thanks Maddie! The fair price of the car was set accordingly with no hidden charges or markups! I haven't seen that anywhere else. Our financial paperwork was well explained, completely in order, and prompt. Thanks Kyle! We had the car shipped by the dealership( a blessing), and expected that to take a couple weeks. Can't tell you how excited we were when it was delivered to my driveway just a couple days after the paperwork. Thanks Linda and Jake! The entire process was a pleasure! Word of mouth will refer Ultimate GMC to friends and family in the most positive manner. We will seek to purchase here in the future!!

Absolutely the best. From the moment I dropped my vehicle off. Lacey was in top of things, dealing with my warranty company going to battle for me plus checking daily with suppliers if a transmission was available to getting me a car to drive while my vehicle at the shop. To the technician for getting right on it as soon transmission showed up to get it done asap to get me back on road. Absolutely great customer service, efficient, caring. For sure earned my business as long I own a GM product

Donnie, Matt, and Kyle all worked together to make my purchase as smooth as possible. This sales team is honest and integral. It's a long drive from my home but this is the kind of dealership I want to do business with in the future.

Matt was our dealer and him and the finance gentlemen Kyle were two of the nicest, friendliest people in the business l. We drove all the way from Hot Springs Arkansas to do business with these two. They made the purchase a smooth transaction for a first time sole woman financing a purchase of a vehicle. I never felt belittled or ignored and best yet pushy. Thankful for all their kindness and eagerness to help.

We went to purchase a truck with this unprofessional dealership. Talked with the salesman, filled out the credit application, which was approved. Later that day the salesman told us an employee wanted to buy the truck. Needless to say, we were quite surprised. This is unacceptable and very bad business. Save yourself a headache and definitely buy somewhere else!!! Horrible "business!"

I Reached out to Matt in regards to a new truck in their inventory. By surprise it was available! Matt was extremely helpful and responsive to my questions. We made a 3.5 hr trip to pick up the vehicle. Upon arrival the truck was spotless and ready to go! we had a seamless transaction an was on our way in a timely manner. I hope to have future purchases with him!

NOT RECOMMENDED!! JUST WENT TO CHECK MY WIFES FLUIDS ETC ONE WEEK AFTER Y'ALL REPLACED THE BATTERY! TO DISCOVER BATTERY ACID WAS SPILLED ALL OVER HER COMPONENTS AND RIGHT SIDE OF ENGINE COMPARTMENT! APPARENTLY SOMEONE FORGOT TO TELL YOUR TECHS BATTERY ACID IS CORROSIVE!!! AND WHEN SPILLED CLEANED THE HECK UP! Or it could corrode important electrical components etc causing a malfunction and or leading to an accidental wreck!
