“I needed a spare tire and rim for my 5th wheel RV. I was able to give them all the information by phone. They were able to have the tire put on a new rim and balanced within one hour. The staff was professional and very pleasant .”

Parts and service department know their vehicles, are competent. The sales staff has a good selection of black, white and gray cars and trucks to choose from. “I had came in during the beginning of the week because I had a flat tire. Everyone is always super nice any time I have used them so part of me really doesn't believe the other reviews where they're talking about them being rude (the negative reviewers probably gave someone a reason to be be that way). They had informed me that because of the condition of my tire, they could not patch it. So I had no intentions of purchasing a new tire because the economy is S*** and I just did not have the funds at the time. So immediate panic had washed over me, but the main guy in the shop told me they were looking for a loaner tire. Which they did have. So I would have assumed they would charge me for labor or some form of monetary value for the tire. Instead to my surprise, they let me know that I didn't have to worry about paying as long as I bring the tire back. It's hard to find people like that. I will continue to use them for all my tires needs.”

“The staff is very friendly and they fixed an issue with my car that a shop in West Plains and one here in Mountain Home didn't even diagnose. I don't know what the other shops did when I took my car to them, but I was basically told to wait until the check engine light came on.
Anyway, I picked my car up today and I am no longer afraid to drive it like I was before I brought it here.
The prices are affordable and they took care of me in a timely manner. They have my business from now on.”
