I looked everywhere in mountain home for storage units and everyone was Out. Lucky for me storage city was not and not only did I get a decent price I also got climate controlled and security so big plus for me highly encourage others to rent from them

Clean, secure facility in a convenient location. It’s great having a U-Haul business on site, billing reminders are sent each month and it’s easy to communicate via text or email. Dollies and carts are new and high quality.Mae follows up quickly on any needs. I left a camera on a dolly when moving in. She tracked my visit and returned it to me.

Secure, clean facility with friendly and helpful staff. Very reasonable pricing and leasing agreements. Dollys and other moving equipment available for patron use on the grounds.

Since new owners they put up a security fence and lighting at least now I don't have to worry about my storage getting broke into there's also cameras I feel very safe up there now real friendly people easy to work with WOULD recommend them .

Very helpful and reasonably price. When confronted with an issue they took care of me and fixed the issue.
