A young lady named Mellisa took care of me and her manager Nikki. They was amazing I haven’t bought quality shoes in a long time always cheap Walmart. They wasn’t trying to upset me thh why just stayed cheap shoes will hurt ur body as we get older. I’m 51 almost 52 I will never buy cheap shoes again and always go to shoe sensation they are the best around and will go that extra mile for their guests I’m a lifer .Mellisa and Nicki and the staff are amazing

Looking for winter boots for myself and shoes for my wife. Always helpful ladies there. Couldn't remember the brand name of the boots, and the assistant manager helped me by looking thru the store computer. That's above normal service.

Came in last week because I really needed a new pair of shoes. I settled on a pair that looked and felt alright, but the price was decent so why not? When I get to checkout I learn about their shoe insurance, which is something I was unaware existed. I'm a large guy, and shoes don't last long on my feet, but not because I don't take good care of my shoes, so I opted to get the insurance for a few extra dollars. Fast forward to today. The shoes are already having issues, so I go back to the store to have them replace the shoes as they said they would. There was a different employee this time, who said that the particular issue my shoes are having is deemed a "manufacturer issue", and I will have to contact the manufacturer to get the issue resolved. What's the point in paying extra to the store for insurance on shoes when I could contact the manufacturer myself to let them know the item is defective, and likely have them send me a new pair instead? An already annoying experience becomes frustrating when I get back to the car and read the receipt. At the bottom, it specifically says: "Manufacturer's defect may be returned within 60 days of purchase for a store credit, excluding shoes with excessive wear". Why then, could they not be returned? Just an overall poor experience and a loss of future business.
