My little doggie was very sick. My vet was out of town, and I called around for an appointment. No one had time for her (it was Friday). Finally, I called this office, and was told they would work my sick baby in. At about 4:30, the doctor saw her and and diagnosed her with colitis and borderline pancreatitis. She got shots, meds, and special dog food, and we were outta there by 5:30. Thank you so much! Can't say enough good things about these folks!

All Creatures saved our dog's life this week! After our normal vet was unable to diagnose our sheperd who wouldn't eat or drink and kept regurgitating, All Creatures was able to squeeze us into their busy schedule and found a hickory nut lodged in our dog's intestines. They did surgery and removed it. He is back to eating and drinking. He wouldn't have made it thru the weekend without All Creatures!

All Creatures saved our dog this week! We have a 4 year old sheperd who started regurgitating on Saturday. He could hold nothing down. We took him to our regular vet on Monday, who told us to force feed food slurry....still didn't work. Took him back Tuesday and the vet took x-rays and gave the dog barium, and then shrugged his shoulders, and said he didn't know, and that we should continue with what we were doing. Friday came and no change, so we called All Creatures. They squeezed us into their busy schedule, and were quickly able to find a hickory nut lodged in our dog's intestines. They were able to do surgery and removed the whole nut and part of his intestine, and we were able to pick him up this morning. Our dog would not have made it thru the weekend. Thank God for All Creatures!

I just wanted to express how amazing this facility is! They have always been easy to work with and able to get us in within a timely manner. Yesterday I had to put my best friend to rest and they made the process as easy as they could. From the front receptionist, to the vet tech, to the vet- they were there for me, cried with me, loved on my baby as she left this world! Seriously the most compassionate people I have dealt with and these people truly are here for the animals!

All Creatures is the best veterinarian hospital I’ve taken my pets to. They are always so unbelievably kind to me and my pets and make sure to do the right thing for the well-being of my fur babies! So thankful for this animal hospital

I took my dog in for a Hematoma in ear. They lanced and drained it, then told me they elected to not do stitches because he would "dig at it for a week" and elected not to put any bandage on it because "he'd probably get it off anyway."

I can't say enough good things about All Creatures and Dr. Smith. They take excellent care of my cats and go above and beyond to keep them healthy and comfortable as they reach senior pet status.

I'm on vacation here and my puppy pug got into an entire pack of trident gum. It was after hours but there was a woman(I was so freaked out I dont remember her name) but she walked me through what to do. I called her many times and she was so calm, and she was so kind when I called to tell her the news my dog finally threw up! Where I'm from we dont get kindness and service like this!!! This place was fantastic!

The office manager Robin should not be allowed to run this business. Unless Dr Conner wants his reputation and business run into the ground further. I have recorded phone calls where she is only making excuses and blaming me for their vets mistakes. Just because this particular vet is no longer working there doesn't mean you aren't responsible for their mis-information. YOU, at "All Creatures" are still accountable! Also, making up lies to try and get out of things only fuels my fire! I was quoted a particular price to spay my rabbits and cancelled because it was so expensive. Then I find out that instead of having two female rabbits, PER THEIR VET THAT IS NO LONGER WORKING HERE ! That one is a male! I quickly got him fixed but it was too late. Two weeks later.. We have babies. Robin proceeded to tell me if I wouldn't have cancelled my appointment that this would never have happened. I'm infuriated! None of this would have happened if you had sexed my rabbits properly and cared more for the animals than you do your pocket books! Now the price has miraculously bumped from $289 (already outrageous) to $390!??! Are you Fng kidding me?! She refused to honor the pricing that the front desk girl gave me. And also refused to help with pricing on the babies that I now have to get fixed due to their error! AND... this uneducated woman tried to tell me that spaying and neutering rabbits isn't common. Which is an absolute falsehood! She's ignorant and clearly knows nothing about rabbits or their proper care! I had to explain to her why females needed spayed due to getting cancer and dying too young unless their female organs are removed. There are many house rabbit forums out there with people having no issues getting their buns fixed and at reasonable and affordable prices. I also took my horse here over a year ago for a teeth float and some gal did it wrong and I had to have it redone elsewhere! Don't EVER listen to a vet that tells you they can't float your horses teeth in one sitting that they get too hot. Host so they can have you come back and charge you again to finish.. all you do is simply wait for the teeth to cool and proceed! This was a no brainier for my vet in Harrison. Thankfully All Creatures didn't put up a fuss when I requested a refund and told them what the Harrison vet said. All Creatures have also made billing errors on my account and charged me incorrectly for things that I never received, etc. It took over two months to get that fixed. My advice to this piss poor establishment: Instead of arguing and trying to make an excuse for EVERYTHING people are complaining to you about.. You should take ownership and do something to fix the issue(s) and keep your customers! Instead, you have pissed me off to the point of no return and NEGATIVE reviews are very impactful. SHAME ON YOU, ROBIN.. And shame on Dr Conner for keeping you on his staff..

Took my pup in with parvo (yes, he had had his shots and still got it) they kept him alive and got him healthy. It cost 200 more then I have spent anywhere else. When I went to pick him up they gave him to me in a towel said he Had just had an accident. Got him home and unwrapped him to find dried poo all over his stomach, back, legs and tail. He had to have sat in it since Friday or Saturday because they told me he hadn't had diarrhea since then then and this was from diarrhea. It took 3 baths, the last one I let him soak for a long time in order to get excrement off of him. I am appalled that they would let him lay in his own filth. They weren't very forthcoming in what they did treatment wise with him. I am thankful they got him healthy, but the kennel conditions must be horrible. If your going to have your pets in there for an extended stay, make sure you check the kennels. They wouldn't let in there due to it being parvo they said, now I am thinking they wouldn't let me in there because of the condition of the kennels. I have pics but will only post the least gross one, this one was after bath number 2, still has dried feces on his stomach that had to be soaked off. I had 6 other people in my van when I picked him up and they were all appalled at his condition.

I don't know why sometimes there are times when a pet can't be saved or the reasons behind it- all I know is I've been going to all creatures for 15 years after some very bad experiences at other vet offices in the area. I know for a FACT that if it wasn't for DR. Wendy Smith, Dr. Rob Conner, and the staff at all creatures- both the main clinic and Lakeside, that my pets would not be here today. They have been here for us 24-7, and yes, I've had to say goodbye to a few, but they do their utmost to make sure my fur family gets the best care. If you tell them that they are your children- then that's how they look at it. God bless them.

Erin Cranfill made a horrible mistake that killed our 14 yr young family dog. It has been almost two years since the loss of Bonnie our Min Pin. In killing our beloved Bonnie she also ruined our lives and we are still in mourning over it. I would avoid this "business" at all cost! There are many other Vets in Baxter County! Erin Cranfill took our loyal and loving family member from us forever cementing pain and suffering. My Mom was in love with her fur baby of 14 years, this death was avoidable! "Kill Creatures" is NOT a loving or knowledgeable Vet. Their lack of proper medicinal education cost the life of our baby. When you give a 6 pound dog a lethal overdose of medicine that puts them into kidney failure when they had healthy kidneys previously. You are at fault, if you can't do something like administer a proper dose of medication than you need to close shop!

Dr. Connor in Miss Amanda are wonderful veterinarians I have yet to use them as my doctors of veterinarian but I've met them they're wonderful people and they will treat your animals with the same respect that they would treat you
