We had an issue with our vehicle on our road trip and in a pinch stopped by Precision Auto Repair to ask for help. Chase and his team not only quickly repaired our car but gave us a soft place for our family to land while we waited for the repair. We can’t say enough good things about their professionalism, service, work and hospitality. They quickly won our trust! I only wish we lived locally to use them as our mechanics.

This is a very rude place to take your vehicle they do not know what they're doing I took it took a vehicle to him to have it diagnosed. They diagnosed the fuel pump I had a new fuel pump installed it was incorrect diagnosis still had the same problem took it back to them after scheduling out for about 2 weeks to get back in for a for them to fix the diagnosis and Chase become irate he runs the desk up there and said well you just need to come get your vehicle because it takes a long time for us to diagnose the vehicle was very rude to 73 year old man.

Chase is an excellent, trustworthy, and personable mechanic! He and the crew don't talk down to you, won't low ball, and he's always been able to fix ANY problems that my truck has dared to run at him! Though they're busy ALL OF THE TIME, (running out of parking space due to their reliability) He and the crew have always shown assertability through their prompt service and knowledgeable grasp on getting issues resolved! I had my waterpump replaced and heater fixed. Chase was very nice and got the job done that day the only problem was this ended up costing me 600 dollars I know we have inflation but this still sucked that's a lot of money I didn't have to spare ? ? need to work and get around had to have it fixed.
