It won't let me give 0 stars. So we just left there without getting any help after asking an associate. After numerous times being in there and having the same outcome as we have in the past it is proof that this place will never change. I will now be ordering anything my animals need online and never again associate with this business or any of its other chains from this point forward. They were polite and told us to have a nice day after we asked for help tho.

I like Petco, generally they seem to be a pretty decent business, however with that being said I'm not sure who they believe their customer base is. Their items are egregiously overpriced. And I try to let people off the hook for the most part and so in that Spirit I'll say I always like that they're very clean when I go in there everything's organized and that's nice, but they're taking you in here. You can go get the same bag of dog food for taste of the wild brand, from the local feed store, and it's almost $25 difference. See what I'm saying? It's not a small increase over there. Personally I try to avoid them unless all the sudden I realize that the feed store is going to be closed because it's a Sunday or something. That's the only time they get my business really unless I have something big like recently I need a dog tags. So three dog tags cost $65. Wow. Anyways it doesn't matter, I moved away from that area recently and I'm the better for it.

Cashiers will sit there and have social hour with customers but will say that they're helping them and then say that they would have helped you if you would have told them you're in a hurry. What kind of joke is it that you're going to force a customer holding 50 lb of stuff to check out with sit there and wait for you to finish your social time.
Get a real job.

Check prices online before purchase-you can save yourself a bundle!! If the item rings up, not the price quoted online, let them know and be ready to show them on your phone. Saved myself $25+ on a #10 clipper blade!!
