Purchased a phone only to get it home to find out from AT &T it was locked and associated with a phone number. Without a phone for over 24 hours. I should have went to Walmart.

My iPhone 8+ Lightning port was not connecting properly. I was not getting a solid connection so the lightning plug was falling out and not charging consistently. I took it in to Mobilized Cellular and the Tech told me it looked like the port was damaged. It would be $110 to replace it. He said it would be done in two hours. I returned in about an hour and a half and was told the port was actually just dirty and was repaired. They only charged me $10! I don’t need phone repairs very often, but Mobilized will be the only place I will go. A dishonest business could have easily taken advantage of me and I would have never known! Thank you Mobilized!!!

They have been helpful many times with all my phone troubles. I also recently purchased a used phone and watch from them at a great price and they changed all my stuff to the new phone for me.

Worst experience ever. Brought phone in with nearly a 1mm scratch on screen and having a hard time working. They charged nearly $500 for new iPhone screen. This was placed and sent back home with me. Stopped working the next night. It was then unable to be fixed by staff. Good news, I was refunded the money, however, was given back my old phone without any screen at all and for sure now unable to use. Have to get a new phone. The whole process was about 3 weeks since it was first brought to the store… would not recommend this store.

Stopped in for a charger. The clerk offered to check the phone to make sure it was the charger that wasn't working and then offered to charge the phone. Courteous service.

Went in for iphone battery replacement, which resulted in a damaged (and unfixable in-house) home button. Nicki & Jessica sorted it out and replaced the phone within a week. Thank you, ladies!
