I came in for 10 pieces of perforated drain pipe. When I looked up the location of the pipe, the store my phone automatically located to was 25% cheaper than this location and that store wasn't in rural Arkansas - where I'm sure the median income is way less. Upon trying to check out they had NO humans available for check outs. I was with my daughter who is a toddler and that presents a challenge. This is not a family friendly way of business. I am building a home here and was planning on buying a lot of stuff from this location over the next 6 months, but I will not return. Edit: went to Millers in Yellville and was helped by a human and was in and out in no time and saved over 30%.

Don’t know if their star staff had the day off, but this was way below their standards. Nothing had been watered, and the plants and trees were dry and slot were dying and nothing was marked down. Not their usual way

I just relocated here from OK and am a handyman. My old Lowes gave me pro prices because I'm a pro member and because I bought so much materials. The only way this place will give you pro prices is if you buy a truck load of stuff, my customers don't need a truck load of stuff. They have the attitude of buy it or don't, we don't care. So I just shop at Home Depot now.

They seem to be out of or have low quantities of the items that we need.

High prices, terrible employee interaction with customers and self-checkout helps places like ACE HARDWARE stay in business. Screw Lowe's. They are a woke, white hating racist company.

Normally, I am not a fan of the big box store. But Lowe's and I go way back. I have had rental properties and visited Lowe's quite frequently. Lowe'shas finally come out of the dark ages of the blue screen computers and now the self checkout is quite convenient. Even for things like the military discount. My most recent trip was Sunday night. I showed up at 737 with only 23 minutes to shop for a plumbing project I hadn't even completely mapped out in my mind..There was a gentlemen employee in plumbing who helped me out. He was patient with my figuring out what I needed and helped me get it all. I was checked out by 802. Lowe's has a lot of very helpful employees. But I have noticed that there really isn't a middle of the road..if you don't get one of the majority of the great employees...you are on your own!

I love my local Lowe’s!
We have completed so many projects and this is our go-to spot for supplies!
The team here knows you by name and always smiles when they are helping you! If they don’t know the answer, they will find it, if they don’t know the item that you’re looking for they will figure it out!

Barbecue seasoning a little difficult to find since being moved to a different area. Lowe's is an asset to our area. Staff available and courteous. Veterans parking very helpful.
