Excellent customer service. I talked with Kennedy as well as the manager and the owner. I also dealt with the financial manager. Everyone was great. Not pushy at all even if I can be a bear to deal with at times. I didn’t plan to buy a vehicle so soon but they worked really well with us. Hard to find that type of customer service these days. We will happily return to buy another vehicle.

I have had bad experiences before with used auto dealers, but Kennedy and the staff at Lakeview were very straight forward, they didn’t try to close the deal, I picked what I wanted and drove a very long distance just to do business with this caliber of customer service, and they gave me top dollar for my trade. Was definitely worth the drive. This team of professionals have gained a long term customer, and they have a great selection of trucks too. I encourage anyone who has had a less than desirable experience with used car dealers to give them a shot. I am very pleased. Thanks again.

No temporary license tag, when they delivery in my house , how i suppose to drive it, miss a day off work to get the temporary license tag, while i get all the paper work.
Car needs new tires, no hydraulic jack, didn’t see that because they delivery the car to my house, 2 hours away, good help dealing with my bank, good communication.

I have bought vehicles from Lakeview Auto before and the staff is always top notch. I recently purchased a vehicle that was basically new, just a few miles. Easy smooth transaction. A minor issue came up and even though my transaction regarding purchasing the vehicle was completed, Michael Porting made sure it was handled. He even provided me with a loaner while mine was repaired at the dealership. He did not owe that to me. That’s just the kind of business Lakeview Auto Sales is. I will continue to be a repeat customer.

We just bought a vehicle from Lakeview Auto Sales and this is the second vehicle we have bought from them. The last truck we bought from them was an older model vehicle at the time but it was at a great price and it lasted years!!! I have no doubt that any vehicle I buy from them it will be great. I will always keep coming back to their lot. Everyone is so friendly, willing to get you into the perfect fit. Some lots you feel like the sales staff are just trying to get you into anything they can to make the sale but at lakeview they only want you to walk away with something that is perfect for what you want and they want you to walk away with quality. Excellent work guys!
